Stayed Jul 2, 2025Wonderful condo! Easy check in. Very roomy and comfortable. Aldo communicated with all details and checked on us during stay. Fireworks on beach across the street were fantastic (4tth celebration).

Stayed May 8, 2024My daughter & I went down for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona but decided to stay in New Smyrna Beach; & I'm so glad we did. The area & condo were beautiful; & the short walk to the beach was an added bonus for me!!

Stayed Mar 23, 2024The condo was great- well stocked, clean, homey, great location walking distance from beach. Pools are HEAVILY monitored by residents with clipboards and tons of rules (no music, toys, jumping into pool, balls, etc)- makes it a bit less enjoyable for families with small kids.
