Enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location. Great amenities. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed watching the ocean and sunsets from the balcony. TV had buffering issues. Kitchen cabinets could use a deep clean, as well as the rugs. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if planning on a visit to Oceanside. We plan to come visit again and will definitely stay at North Coast Village.

Booked a month ahead at high season rates. Note on door when we arrive dated 2 days after we booked and paid in full no power or water next day all day. Mgr said didn’t know. 3 of 4 days limited access due to painting bldg, pool closed, no water half day. One day partial refund Beware.

This was such a great place to stay! Steps from the beach with awesome views! It was clean and organized with just about everything we needed. We loved that there were beach toys, an umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all with. Check in and out were very easy, too. An easy drive to San Diego and an easy walk to the pier and the harbor. Highly recommend!

The view from the balcony was fabulous. Sitting out there and watching the waves or the sunset is my new favorite place on earth.

The bedroom fan and bathroom vent needed to be cleaned. The rest of the property was very clean.

This place did not disappoint. We loved our stay. It was cozy, safe, well equipped with what we needed. Loved waking up listening to the beach every morning and watching the surfers.

This condo is literally 40 steps from the beach once you get out of the building. The beach is clean and so much fun. The condo was good for a family of four- we saved so much money by just eating breakfast everyday- they give you a list of the local grocery stores which was also very helpful. Called the host once since the screen door was not working... she just told us to gently put it on the track... even with doing that it came off so so easily. It just really needs to be replaced. The tv in the bedroom also did not have volume that worked... we did not contact her about that, but hopefully that gets fixed. Overall pretty clean and a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Very convenient place to stay for beach and restaurants

Two adults and 1 teenager fit comfortably in this condo for a 4 night 5 day vacation while attending a sporting event at near by sportsplex. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the pull out couch in the living room worked well for our teenager. To access the bathroom from the living room, you walk through the master bedroom. There was a rollaway twin “cot” and pak n play in the closet if needed. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, cooler, fan and more. We enjoyed the larger pool in the central part of the complex in addition to the smaller pool and hot tub located in the A building where this is located. You can be in the ocean waves just minutes from the building exit. Just a 10 min walk to the pier to enjoy watching surfers and to photograph the sunset. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness because the base boards were dusty/dirty but our overall experience in this unit was terrific. Oceanside was very crowded over the weekend and cleared out by Monday morning. If you want to explore this part of the California coast, this unit will not disappoint.
