Welcome to Santa Maria 310, a little piece of Paradise!

We were eight minutes from there and we received a message saying that our hotel was canceled. Flew from Houston to get over there and not have a place to stay. That isn’t professional at all. If they weren’t going to allow us to stay there then they should not have allowed us to book it. No notice. If we would have canceled eight minutes before then we would have been charged. We couldn’t find anything close or at the same price. We ended up paying more then twice as much for a room in Naples. We never thought that a company that prides its self of customer service would have done this.

Some of the dishes, silverware and pots and pans were not clean. Shower/tub were pretty small.

Very nice condo and great location. The host was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.

The tv in the bad room is to low.Shoud be on the wall

There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. This was a nice place to go if you do not want a busy beach.

Loved sitting on the lanai!!! Very comfortable condo including the bed. Being nontechnical we had a hard time with the tv remotes ( 3 remotes for main tv). NBA finals. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

This unit was a great value. The pool area was very clean, plenty of chairs and umbrella's. The grounds were very clean as well as the grills. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. The accessible beach area was very quiet & the water was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Everything was as stated, excellent location too. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and umbrella during our stay.

Very clean with plenty of amenities to cook and short walk to the ocean.

The pool was gorgeous! We saw manatee and a dolphin in the canal. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. No noise in the walkways. We didn’t cook while we were there but it was a very nice rental and we would stay again!

Floors need a little more attention (hair & dust in corners) Need more toilet paper available.. other than this it was great.

Very nice condo

Overall the apartment was clean. Although we did not use them, they provided beach chairs and other beach equipment. The beaches are beautiful and you can walk to the beach in about 5 to 10 minutes.The issues we had were:1. The apartment smelled like smoke and if you are sensitive like me it can be bothersome. It was also bothersome to my family when they stopped by. The were staying 3 doors away in another unit which did not have any issues.2. The cooking pans were dirty and in bad shape. We had to clean the stainless steel one with comet before using.If these items were cleared up we would stay there again, it they are not cleared up we would not stay again.

Very nice place and clean

We had a lovely vacation in this condo. It was immaculately clean! The extra half bath made everything so convenient and the view from the patio was lovely. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and nice quality items. If you’re looking for a quiet, convenient place to enjoy the fort meyers beach and area, this is it!

Good unit, needs some decorative updates & a better mattress but overall place is good. Loved having the extra bathroom! Need to add a resource binder that has updated trolley schedule, area restaurants, golf cart ride contacts, etc since this property is so far from the main area of town. Access to beach was great & since we were there in the off season not crowded at all so that was awesome!

This was a nice condo and property. The beach access was easy to find and the bus was easy to take into time square. Currently there is beach restoration happening at the beach access and the docks are being rebuilt in the water right outside the room. It will all look nice when complete. We very much appreciated the use of beach towels and chairs. Thank you!

Property was awesome, Darlene was VERY accommodating. Nice to be walking distance to the beach and to watch the sunset. Would definitely book again!

The condo and complex are as represented. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Beach access is across the street and the beach chairs are an added bonus. Location is a few miles south of most of the bars, restaurants and night life - which was fine for us. Only thing I wish is newer TVs to accommodate streaming movies.

We had a lovely beach vacation stay and enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much for the great accommodation.

Everything was beautiful. Very nice unit. Easy to access, move in and our was a breeze. The property is still under construction, but what we could access was great. The ice maker on property was a huge bonus!!

A wonderful and lovely condo with all the amenities you need. A lovely property an great location on the south of the island. Would definitely book again and already did it ;-)

Overall a very nice property that met our needs perfectly. We were a little disappointed that we were not informed of the dredging water project and other construction so close to this condo. The noise was rather bothersome. We do realize FMB is in the midst of recovering from very tragic hurricane damage - just wish that would have been mentioned on the front end of booking. We also felt the tile flooring wasn't very clean as we could feel sand under our barefoot upon check in. Again, I understand that is part of being so near the beach. We did enjoy sitting by the pool after the construction noise subsided for the day. Our host, Darlene, was very quick to respond when we reached out to her. I hope and pray that FMB continues to recover and rebuild -- truly a beautiful area!

Excellent stay

This home was a peaceful place to rest. My husband and I like to cook, so a kitchen is a must. The condo has a small functional kitchen. Everything was clean and neat. We like that it is close to the small beach across the road.

This was a working and cleaning trip for us. We spent each day at our condo down the street putting things back in place and cleaning until being interrupted by Helene which caused us to vacate the island. We finally got back on the island late Friday. The owner was concerned about our safety as were we. Her unit was very clean and fulfilled our needs.
