Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a wonderful week in Brigantine. Marissa was a great host and communicated with us very quickly. The AC in the living room broke during our stay, but the ACs in the bedrooms were strong enough to cool the living room as well, so that was not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a few meals during the week. There were little shampoo and shower gel bottles under the sink and I thought that was very thoughtful.My only critisism is there were no paper products like toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived. I've not encountered that before on my other stays. That was a bit inconvenient, but other than that the stay was wonderful and we'll be back next year.

Stayed Sep 13, 2020We had a nice stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. The condo is conveniently located just a block from the beach and very close to the state natural area, a wild and rustic preserved area of the beach, perfect for relaxing, birdwatching, and a long walk.

Stayed Aug 8, 2020The address in the listing is incorrect - the house is on corner of 13th & E Beach Ave not E Brigantine Ave. This second story condo does not overlook the ocean, as the map would have you believe, but is on the bayside however the one block walk to the ocean is very convenient. There is a communal patio but no private patio. Everything we needed was present. The AC unit in the main room and master BR are good but luckily we brought our own fan to draw cool air into the twin room since it had no AC unit. Great area for biking.
