Welcome to Margarita 'Villa at the Ridge' !

Eric was an amazing and caring host from the very beginning. His communication was proactive, checking in with us from booking, as our stay was arriving, and throughout the stay. The condo itself was wonderful! Clean, well stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of fluffy bath towels, washcloths, nice fresh rugs in each bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner - well you get the idea.The small refrigerator & freezer drawers worked just fine for us. We had drinks, snacking cheeses & veggies, lunchmeat, and everything that we needed. With just two of us, we don't need to have our drinks for our 10 day stay in the fridge. We easily had 8 each in the drawer at a time along with the other items. There were some condiments already in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy mustard and I don't recall the others, but nice that there were a variety. The freezer section had an ice tray and also held a bag of ice with additional space left.Speaking of bagged ice, we opted for the smaller cooler. It was the perfect size for the day with drinks and ice. There was also a larger cooler that we didn't use.We used the beach chairs. Sometimes we took them in our car, sometimes we had them on our backs and walked down to Kapalua bay. With the zipper pouches on the back it makes for super easy transport to the spot of your choice to settle in.This is our fist time in this condo, and now our favorite. It was like staying in your own home, very welcoming & amazing view!

Rooms were clean. Host was reponsive when we had questions. Territorial view of the ocean. Pool was pretty much accross the street, with two BBQ's. If you're reading this, please be aware that this condo's refrigerator/freezer are undercounter drawers with limited space; which is described in the listing. Amazing! The view is gorgeous—watch the Pacific crashing over the point with your morning coffee. You’ll have everything you need for a fun stay from boogie boards to snorkel gear to a comfortable lounge chair. Walk to the beach or to the Ritz and leave your car safely parked onsite. We will never forget our stay and are grateful.

Our 3rd stay at this wonderful property. We love the peaceful setting, the ocean views, and the kind, helpful host. The villa is comfortable and always immaculate. Hope to be back again soon. Mahalo!

Great views, 5 minutes to the nearest beach, cool surfer vibe. We'll stocked with condiments, utensils, dishes, etc. Comfy bed. Highly recomnenfed

Host was awesome and very responsive! Great location just a minute walk to the beach. The entire complex was great with the pool right there and awesome neighbors. House was fully stocked with the regular things. If I ever go back will definitely see if this place is available. Great view of the beach too!!!

Perfect location! Sunsets on the beach watching the local surfers became an instant routine. The friendly hosts provided many excellent options for shopping, eating, drinks, beaches and more. Cocktails at Merriman's (walking distance) was just one highlight of our stay (get there right at opening and snag seats at the outdoor bar). Other nearby beaches had perfect snorkeling with all the fish, eels and turtles one might hope to see.

Such an incredible experience! Even better than anticipated!! We were initially hoping to find a Bay Villa due to the assumed closer proximity to the ocean but once we arrived here, we discovered this villa is even closer walk to the ocean and beach than we would have obtained from any of the Bay Villas!! Also, it turns out that my partner and I absolutely love the fact there are 2 bathrooms in this place! There is ample counter space in the en suite bathroom for my hair and make up stuff, while my partner appreciated the smaller guest bathroom all to himself. Walking distance to the general store and a few restaurants, walking distance to the beach, fully stocked with every little amenity we could've asked for!! This was truly an exceptional experience.

Very comfortable, and in a great location. Had all the amenities. The complex itself was also well maintained. Loved the beach. Never overcrowded.

Wonderful condo with groovy, beach vibe. Multiple beautiful beaches w/in walking distance and walking trails. Kapalua is a wonderful area of Maui. Owner is communicative and check in is super easy. Cant wait to return:)

This is a solid, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable unit that I would not hesitate to rent again. Parking (covered) and pool are very close to the front door, and we walked to multiple different beaches many times (anywhere from 4 to 15 minutes). The unit is up to date and has everything you need to fully prepare meals...even coolers, plasticware, and sundries like spices and plastic bags were available (which is a rarity)! Eric, the owner, was very attentive, kind, and helpful when we reached out and always followed through on his word. This is a turnkey setup and one of the best values we've found on the island.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kapalua. The condo was decorated like a fun beach shack and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from inside and outside. Took advantage of the pool and BBQ amenities. Loved the quick walk to several beaches, restaurants, and the Honolua store. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location in Kapalua, very quiet complex, away from the crowded Kaanapali resorts, but close to everything, beaches, hiking, dinning, etc. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, and living room. Very comfortable home, artistic touches throughout which made it fun. Walkable beachs and restaurants. Would stay again.
