Stayed Apr 19, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Casa Perico! The condo is very spacious and an ideal setup for a small family. The pool area, splash pad and playground are well maintained. Though we had a few glitches with getting into the unit, the owners were very responsive and worked with us to resolve the issues. We look forward to coming back next spring!

Stayed Apr 8, 2023Very well appointed condo. Has everything a family would need. We always love staying at this location as it is central to all our experiences (need car) but you can always use the monkey bus or uber. Bikes are always a plus!! The heated salt water pool is fantastic for the littles.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022This is our fourth time at Casa Perico. The property is amazing. Floridays restaurant is close for those nights you don’t want to go far. The owners are quick to respond to questions and help in any way they can. Will see you next February and March. Thank you for letting us be a part of Casa Perico.

Stayed Jan 1, 2021We were already familiar with the area and building we stayed in. We almost purchased a condo there 3 years a go to live in as a permanent year round home. This was a great test run and are glad we did not purchased. We were not aware of the large rental market. We were on a 3rd floor unit and could hear kids running across the floor above. Dogs barking outside, people talking loudly, etc. and new neighbors every week. Nice for a short stay but not as a permanent home.

Stayed Jan 24, 2020Condo is very beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, open concept, with a wall of windows that can be completely opened to the lanai. Large bedrooms each with it's own bath, large walk-in closet. Place was very clean. Kitchen not well stocked, and thermostat did not function properly to keep the heat where it was set. Would not come out of the 60s.
