Stayed Jan 8, 2023Bonita National is a very nice community with excellent amenities. The condo is very nice and well stocked with very you will need. The condo is located within walking distance to the clubhouse / pool and golf shop. The condo is located on hole #1 on the golf course so golf course maintenance does start early some mornings. We did identify 4 maintenance issues shortly after we arrived. We emailed David regarding these issues. Unfortunately it took multiple emails and phone calls to get someone out after about 3 weeks to correct 2 of the issues. The other 2 issues were never addressed. Other than the maintenance issues we would highly recommend the unit.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022Beautifully decorated condo.It was well supplied with towels,linens,etc.Property manager welcomed us with a fruit and mineral water which was a thoughtful gift. The only glitch(which wasn’t the fault of the property manager)was the Bonita National business office that refused to process our I.D.’s because we arrived at 5:00pm on Friday and their hours of operations are 9-5pm.We would have made that deadline but we were stuck at the gatehouse because the security arm wouldn’t go up.We then had to wait until Monday to get our I.D.’s. which meant we couldn’t make tee times or use the clubhouse and resort pool(all of which we paid extra for). We are planning on renting this unit again next year.Thank you Dave and Julia
