Very minor points--too many spiders and bugs in outside hallways, tub in bath at end of left long corridor could use Drano,pitcher with cover for lemonade needed, and easier access to beach for old folks.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Driving into Sandbridge for the first time, the location was beautiful, seemed quiet and family oriented. Checking in we requested 3 parking passes, but only 1 was assigned to the condo. The other 2 had to park in unmarked spaces, which were very limited! Walking into the condo, the furniture and decor was nice, but the floors & carpets were dirty. Counters filthy. Then after a long drive wanting to sit and relax, there was dog /cat hair all over the couches and floors! Our kids have pet allergies, so this was disappointing when it stated no pets allowed. The housekeeper came immediately, and cleaned, as it was clearly not cleaned at all upon arrival. The one bedroom had a huge yellow stain running down the wall and closet. The housekeeper said it was an egg, as he found a piece of an egg shell on the floor. For $5,700 for a week, it was outrageous for the condition of the complex and condo. Very disappointing for a family vacation. The complex itself was extremely dirty with spiders and cobwebs everywhere, desperately needed cleaned. Then the swim up bar in the one pool was closed! The location of the condo and complex was great, short walk to the beach and drive to shops and restaurants. But for the cost and dirty conditions we will not be returning to this complex or condo in the future.

I think it was very nice. I would say outstanding except for the following: spider infested, everywhere in and outside; cable tv was out most of our stay, all 4 tvs went out daily; at check-in, we had to wait in parking garage 2 hrs for keys to be delivered. No keys where in our welcome packet when we picked up the envelop from the drop box.

Only issue was with condition of the building hallways, elevators, and parking garage with trash strewn about. That wasn't a major issue, but would have made the experience better.

Will return with the in laws this summer.
