It has a 46' Sony flat screen TV in the living room and a Sony flat screen 40' TV in the master bedroom. The unit has wireless, broadband internet connectivity. The patio yard is tiled with flowers growing on its border. It has two sets of table and chairs for your leisure enjoyment. The unit is close to a major shopping center and approx. 15 minutes from Pacific Beach and from La Jolla. The complex has an exercise room with new exercise equipment as well as three swimming pools, a spa/hot tub and a sauna. It has a gas barbecue close to the gated yard. Access and dedicated parking is secured/gated.

Daniel's place was very comfortable in a great location with a Target within walking distance. It had everything we needed and if I had any questions, I just called or emailed Daniel; he was prompt and kind with his responses. If we need a place for family in town, we wouldn't hesitate to have them stay there.

We just completed our 3rd years month long stay. The location is so convenient. The condo is clean, comfy and very well equipped. All appliances work great & kitchen is fully stocked. The complex is secure, quiet and peaceful.

Mix of day hikes such as Mission trails, Los Penasquitos, and Tecolote canyon, and trips to Balboa park, numerous beaches, old town etc. Also a short walk to many grocery stores and restaurants. Most neighbours are of a working age so it was quiet during the day, except for the many planes using the nearby small airport. As we were out and about most days this was not a concern. All good then and we would be happy to repeat.

This is our 2nd summer month long stay in Daniel's condo. The Kitchen is fully equipped, but location is convenient to so many shops & restaurants we couldn't try them all. The King bed is very comfortable & TV's & WIFI work well too. Everything was great again. We will return in the future.
