I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month on our stay. The location was good, short walk to the beach and stores. The condo was really nice and clean. Loved view from screened in porch.

Still love it but missed the leather recliners. Replacement slipper chairs not comfortable for relaxing.

The pool was clean, we met owners that were very welcoming. The pictures are accurate, no surprises. Very well stocked, comfortable beds. The lanai is a calming place to sit. The owners have done a nice job with decor and remodeling. The food on the pier is very good, sandbar, nice ride to St Armands and Longboat Key. Easy walk to manatee beach and take the trolley to the pier and walk bean point. Will be back
