Stayed Jun 5, 2025We stayed here for two weeks visiting our kids. It was right next to the Eagle River and bike path so could easily walk to town and Nottingham Park where we paddle boarded, had a cookout, and went to two free concerts. It was ideal. The staff were quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend it!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our Thanksgiving stay at the condo was nothing short of magical and created lasting memories for our family of four. The welcoming atmosphere set the perfect stage for a Thanksgiving celebration filled with warmth and togetherness. The timing of our visit coincided with the opening day ceremonies for the ski season at Beaver Creek, turning our stay into an extraordinary experience. We were treated to an array of festivities, including a fun cookie competition that added a sweet touch to the holiday spirit. The tree lighting ceremony illuminated Beaver Creek Village t in a festive glow, and an ice skating spectacular provided a picturesque backdrop against the mountainous terrain. It was a truly enchanting start to the winter season that had us all smiling ear-to-ear! Beyond the holiday celebrations, the aquatics facility became a favorite spot for our family, offering not only a welcome escape but also a source of joy for both kids and adults alike. Waterslides added a unexpected and fun twist to our vacation, and the lazy river was a nice touch. Our time at the condo was a multifaceted experience, seamlessly blending the warmth of a Thanksgiving celebration, the enchantment of a ski season kick-off, and the joy of family fun in the aquatics facility. It was a holiday retreat that exceeded our expectations, and we left with hearts full of gratitude for the wonderful memories created in this idyllic mountain getaway.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023The first thing you notice is filthy carpet throughout the unit. The leather on the sofa was peeling and we had to put a towel over it so it wouldn't stick to our clothing. There was a ring of mold at the calk line in the 2nd bath. The icemaker did not work & the repairman who came could not fix it. TV was difficult to use and there are no instructions. The Guest Information book states checkout time of 10am while the website says 11am. The unit has possibilities but needs new carpet, new furniture and a very deep clean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Needs thorough cleaning. Several blinds could not be opened. Carpet is nasty. Location is good. We still had a good time even though we had to spend the first morning cleaning and weren’t able to go barefoot in the living room.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023Great location but note said Gas Fireplace could not be used, heat in unit operated for a few hours but blows cold air thereafter; woke up to 61 and 58 in unit. Parking lot cleared snow to partially block A2 spot and pickup truck in A3 blocked the rest. Fridge leaks water on top shelf.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really loved our stay here! We were on a girls trip and it was really important to us to be within walking distance to the ski lift and downtown for restaurants and little shops. We really didn't have to use the car all weekend and could walk around and bike everywhere. It was such a refreshing trip and we didn't want to leave! The unit was so cozy and felt like we were at home. It was large enough for us all to have our own space and the kitchen had everything we needed so we ended up cooking a few nights. I can't wait to bring back my husband and kids back and will stay here again! Definitely recommend!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo is perfect for a small family and has a great location and views. It may seem that it is a walkout basement based on the slope of the hill, but it actually is not and is a ground floor unit. The unit was clean and has newer appliances and furniture. I can see some folks complaining about not having A/C unit, but we were coming from Houston, and for us the weather was perfect in August. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice cozy unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969PROS: - This is a nice corner unit with a pretty view of a river and residential street from the main living area. - Showers are nice pressure and there is plenty of hot water. - Great nearby location to Beaver Creek Ski Resort and town of Avon has everything you need. - We met a friendly neighbor, and we didn't hear too many of the other residents, except being on the lower floor you do hear the upstairs neighbors. - Vacasa management staff did their best to fix the issues (noted below). CONS: - The bedrooms face the parking lot. - There wasn't a lot of warm bedding, so we ended up compensating with heat. - Small unit for family of 4. There's no place to leave ski gear in the unit, for example except in the main living area. - Several amenities were either broken before we arrived (Fireplace) and were not able to be fixed during our stay, or became broken while we were there (dishwasher)

Stayed Aug 15, 2020It is a great location, within walking distance of everything. The apartment was a little too small for us and when it got warm we had issues keeping the apartment comfortable. The property manager brought us fans that were helpful. I'll stay there again. We really enjoyed to be away from our house for a while.
