Waterside Condo - Norris Lake - Andersonville, Tn

condo was in a beautiful location, however the amenities were wanting and general upkeep of the property needs to be improved. Such as: clothes washer leaked and we didn't even use it, furnace filter needed to be changed - sneezing fit because it was dirty, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided, no tissues. My expectations were much higher.

Clean unit. Peaceful location. Beautiful lake views. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

This place was perfect for us. The host was kind and accommodating. The condo was clean and well equipped. A home away from home. Would/will stay again for sure!

This property has a fantastic view of the lake and scenic views of the hills all around. During our stay we were in and out a lot visiting family close by. While at the condo all amenities where as advertised. Used the kitchen every day and had all I needed to prepare meals. The bed sleeps good and all was clean through out the place. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will do so again.

Such a great quick long weekend get away on the lake. We enjoyed wonderful views, marvelous sunshine, & an exceptional place to stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen spacious & well equipped, & the living room a relaxing area. We are very pleased with out stay & hope to return again in future.

We've stayed at this Waterside condo a couple of times now. Very safe,clean and comfortable for the two of us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, hopefully in the near future!

We arrived to find out that we didn't have a gate code as it was never sent to us and no cell service to call the host so we had to drive 3-4 miles to get service. The host didn't answer. Drove back to condo and a nice gentleman let us in. Then we find a set of 17 steps to get down to condo. We are in our early 70’s making it difficult to unload our stuff. We discovered a lower parking lot with no gate access required and a few less steps on the backside of the building we used for the rest of the trip. The landscaping on this building needs a serious tuneup. The condo lacked any info on operating the thermostat which was very difficult to read. The system seemed to be running the fan only when we arrived until I was able to access the system for the cooling. So the first night was rather warm. The condo itself was just ok. The host finally called 2 hours later with the code.

Condo was very clean and great location.

We enjoyed the condo and having the marina close by. We rented a boat slip from waterside Mariana for our stay. We plan on coming back next year! Great place to stay and enjoy the lake.

The cozy condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful view from the patio, short amazing drives to marina's, shopping and restaurants. The condo is a bit small but we were there to enjoy the outdoors so it was perfect for us to come back relax and recharge and get out to explore the area some more. Everyone is so nice, neighbors, host, local business employees. If you're looking for a touristy spot this is not the area but if you want quiet, beautiful scenery, amazing boating and time to relax this is the perfect location. As for the condo itself, kitchen is well equipped, there's laundry in the unit, nice bathroom and very comfortable queen size bed. No cell service with Verizon or T-Mobile in the unit but it had good wifi and cable tv.
