The Space:

The kitchen, open and airy, features counter seating for four and flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table for six invites you to gather for meals, games, or late-night laughs. Slide open the door to your private, covered deck—your own serene spot to sip coffee or wine at the outdoor table for four while taking in calming water views that stretch out before you.



Outside the resort, you’re minutes from Branson’s best attractions—catch live entertainment along the 76 Strip, explore the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake and State Park, or take a scenic ride on the Branson Scenic Railway. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds that can convert to a king size bed and a TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-in unit with 2 steps required to gain access.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Indoor pool is open year round.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
