Beautiful location. 1 min walk to the lake with Tahoma Market a 5 min walk. Saw a beaver in the lake and a bear across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Will be coming back again!

Location was fantastic. On the lake, walking to store and restaurants. Unit was very roomy & the kitchen had the essentials aside from a microwave that doesnt work. The unit hasnt been touched since it was built, all original. For the price, the place could use some TLC.Lake towels would be nice as would some comfortable outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy the patio. My biggest issue was the management company. They send a ton of automated messages but when you ask a question or need something, they don't exist. 30/hr for early check in is ridiculous. What is the harm in letting someone check in an hour early if the unit is ready?Overall the unit is fine, we spent more time on the lake than inside.

The location is great and the property was clean and welcoming. It was awesome to be less than a minute from the beach. As mentioned in other reviews, the property is a bit dated. Light switches and counters are kind of low if you're tall. The company (Grand Welcome) initiated several communications via eMail regarding check-in, how our stay was, and check-out. There were a few details in the eMail about the location that seemed to be inaccurate, regarding heating controls and the fireplace.I wasn't pleased that I had to go through an offshore third-party verification service after booking with VRBO (to complete the booking with Grand Welcome, not VRBO) where they wanted a photo of my driver's license. Never had to do that before.Overall a very nice stay at the property.

The house was wonderful with a couple of minor exceptions. However, the property management team (Grand Vacations) gets a minus 1. First the home: Spacious, comfortable, well worn but a great place to stay. I would highly recommend. However, when we arrived there was 4 feet of snow between the parking and the front door (in excess of a 100 foot path) that had not been plowed so no path to the door. We noted the house next door had the path completely plowed and it was clear. We called the property management (Grand Vacations) number three times. All three times we explained the issue and it was urgent and all three times they said they would have the local team call us. No one ever called. After over an hour, in the dark, snowing and very cold outside I decided no help was coming so using my six inch snow shovel I kept in my car I began to stomp and dig a path through over 4 feet of snow. Took quite a while. No one ever called to help. We should have received a refund for this!!!! On Tuesday of our stay we discovered the dishwasher did not work. We called the number in the guest book to report the problem. The individual said they would have the repair service call back and schedule a repair ASAP. We stayed eight more days and never got a call back. We went to Safeway and bought paper plates and used them for the rest of our stay. This was our first experience with a property managed by Grand Vacations. Based on my sample of 1 they are horrible!!!

As other reviewers have stated, the appliances and furnishings/decor are quite dated. However, the condo's location is choice given that you can walk to a pier by the lake, and in walking distance to food and groceries. It is in a quiet and serene complex. The dishwasher was broken and a note was left by mgmt that it was going to be fixed (not during our stay, though). The ironing board wouldn't stay up and collapsed while it was being used. So we used it while it was on the ground...lol. One thing that wasn't explained in the description was the bear deterrent feature on the doors and windows. Wasn't something we anticipated but quickly learned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would return in the future.

We’ve been staying at Waters Edge for 27 years. This was our first stay in this condo. Overall, it was ok. The appliances are very outdated-like original, the couches/chairs are not comfortable and the walls in the bedrooms are very dirty. The condo property is great-kids love the pier and pool, walking distance to the park and Tahoma Market.

This place is extremely outdated! No modern amenities. It’s extremely expensive (roughly $685 a night) including fees etc. location is good but not worth the price.
