I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this location atleast 3x. Only request, move the bed back where it was. Upgainst the wall is difficult.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only able to stay for two of the seven days, the resort was shutdown due to a tropical storm, they sent out an email stating that all service were closed and suggested we leave for our own safety. I contacted Garden City Realty and was to by a very rude agent that we would not be given any refund, I suggest you stay away from this company

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and well stocked. It had a musty smell when we first arrived but it went away. It is an older condo but had new appliances and furniture. The bathrooms could use some updating but all in all we enjoyed it very much.

But I would not stay at waters edge again! At one point we had to walk 7 flight down because the elevators were closed. Doors were locked a made it very unsafe, exercise room was closed .. pool was shut down.The HOA did not care about the guest!!

Reviewer Comments: It was a nice condo on the beach..but we were without air from Monday am to wed am....we were told it would only be off until Tuesday am..we went and bought 2 fans...just thankful the temps was in the 80s not the 100s...offered no type of discount or anything...
