Stayed Sep 6, 2025We had a great time, a beautiful unit, Beds are very comfortable! I would suggest a K cup coffee maker as shown in the picture....:) But over all, I give it a 9 We will for sure book this unit again!! Only draw back, the den sofa's sink down so low!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I enjoyed my stay at Waters Edge Resort. I did have issues with the door lock not opening. The first time maintenance was dispatched and got the door open and said it was repaired. The following day I got locked out again and they replaced the lock. The master bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the unit, making it a little uncomfortable at night. Elevators were always busy and had to wait sometimes.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Unit was reasonably clean. Could have used a good dusting. Ice maker didn't work. Called and maintenance came and said they would have to look into it. We're thinking this has been broken for a long time. Buy some ice. Balconies were wonderful. Nice to have 2. Main sitting room was large with big screen tv. These are sleeper sofas so not as comfortable as a regular sofa. Bedrooms are comfortable size. Bathrooms are a little small but still fine. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but we didn't cook a lot. Tastefully decorated throughout. I would recommend.

The only issue we had was with the sliding glass door in the living room would not work. We called several times and it was never fixed. I noticed it has been mentioned in other reviews. Overall I would stay here again and was very pleased with the property.

However upon our arrival the patio had bird drippings all over the table and chairs that were outside. We cleaned everything up. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. We thought it may have been off the track. Otherwise the condo was quiet and to our liking.
