Very clean, cool safari decoration, beautiful patio loved the convenience and nice running loop in back. We enjoyed the hot tub and opportunity to play tennis.

The stay was very nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was located just off of Hwy 17 so we could jump on and get to where we wanted quickly.

Nice big master bedroom with king bed. The kitchen was supplied with everything I needed for cooking. Extra blankets made the living room cozy.

Very spacious property & amazing views out back. We visiting with myself,my husband & 3 teens & had plenty of space. The ac stayed very cold which i loved in such hot weather & the condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. I will definitely be booking here again. It is also located closely to restaurants & shopping.

Property was immaculate and just as pictured. Thoughtfully appointed with the kitchen stocked with condiments, spices, and coffee tea. The enclosed patio always stayed about 20F cooler than the outdoor temp, so we spent mornings and evenings there. Fun to watch the ducks, geese, and neighbors saunter by.Neighbors were friendly and helpful.Owner and representative are available to answer any questions when needed.

This place was perfect! It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, and even a nearby clothing store—great if you forget to pack something. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we truly felt at home. Everything we needed was available, and nothing was missing. One of my favorite features was the beautiful covered patio—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. I even captured some last-minute graduation photos in the backyard, and they turned out stunning. Highly recommend!

Myself, my Mother, Aunt & cousin all flew into PHX for my Aunts memorial service. I ended up choosing this location because it was close to all the areas we needed to be for the weekend. The view of the lake outside from either the screened in patio or living room was great. That was the biggest talking point for the family. All three members thought I did a great job finding this unit. You could tell the owners were working on keeping the unit updated but you could also tell the unit & the complex were older. Over all the family members were happy & satisfied. That is all that matters.

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband traveled to Phoenix to catch some spring training baseball and stayed in Millie’s condo. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the layout was roomy and comfortable, the ground level unit had a great lakefront view and easy access to the walking path. The pool and spa were clean and a nice respite, along with a fun pickleball game. The central PHX location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. We look forward to possible future trips to PHX and staying at Desert Shores again. Communication with Millie was prompt and made our stay a pleasure.

My family and another stayed for a few days while we took in MLB Spring Training in March 2025. We originally chose this property as it looked unique, being on a little lake, close to but not too close to some restaurants and retail, and not far from Peoria Sports Complex. We enjoyed the stay in the unit. It was clean and had all the comforts we needed. My wife used the trail around the lake to run every morning, and we made use of the pool (also clean) and tennis courts. It was nice that the owner included tennis rackets and balls for our use. The pillows, sheets, and other linens were top notch. Very comfortable sleeping, and a quiet complex. A couple minor things that were less than ideal:1. I received 2 phone calls to go over the rules for renting and checkout. I thought this was a bit over-the-top - I read the rules (they were clear) and we abided by them. 2. All the locks around the complex and bars on units didn't leave a great first impression. That said, we didn't have any issues and everyone we encountered was really nice. 3. The bathrooms smelled a bit musty. I think it was probably the shower curtains needing cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay and we were happy renters.

Wow, the best equipped Vaca rental ever. Kitchen had every tool, lovely cooking pans, even a crockpot, linens. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting in the screen porch watching the ducks and geese in the pond, it was very relaxing, as was the gentle walk around the pond. We didn’t use the pool or pickleball court but both looked very nice. There are loads of restaurants close by, from fast food to more upscale, also Target, gas stations, and urgent care. The complex was always quiet, even at night. A great place to vacation. Thank you, Millie

The property was clean, comfortable and close to the pool. Photos on website are accurate. Close to amenities but we were glad that we had a vehicle. There was a little traffic noise at the back of the complex, and we would’ve liked a little more sun on the patio, but overall it was a nice place to stay.Millie checked in with us a couple times to make sure all our needs were met.

Great Stay, great communication.Only negative was the dinning room light was going on and off, but still a 5 star per the advertisement.

I was very pleased with my stay here! Nothing bad or negative to say at all. Meet all my expectations. To the point i checked out a few days ago and am checking back in on Monday!
