Waterfront Pool: Orange Beach Condo w/ Views!

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It was pristine clean and provided everything we needed and more. Location is excellent in Orange Beach. Loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. The balcony was spacious and the view was amazing! We liked having supplies and the hospitality items provided. The new Nespresso and coffee pods were a delightful treat enjoyed by all! Leslie was quick to answer any questions and help us with parking. She was a terrific host from start to finish! We will never book Brett Robinson again after now seeing what excellent guest services look like!

I was very disappointed overall with this property. We had to reach out twice to management on the way down to get door code and info on checking in. The unit was very dirty. The fridge smelled like fish, the bathrooms were disgusting- hair and brown/black splatter on the walls. Dust was at least an inch thick. There were greasy hand prints all over the living room windows and master bedroom window. The guest shower didn’t even have a shower curtain- just a plastic liner. The kitchen drawers were dirty, with food and gunk on the silverware holder. There was a wash rag by the kitchen sink and it had hair all in it. There also was used hand soap in the kitchen. I have stayed in many different places and this is by far the dirtiest place I’ve stayed. While looking for more wash cloths, as only 3 were in the bathrooms, I opened a closet that had dirty sheets on the floor and a broken light bulb. This is not only disgusting but a hazard. We were told by management that that was a closet for them and that it stays locked- but it definitely was not locked. Outside of cleanliness, the TV remotes did not work. We reached out to management the night we arrived and voiced these concerns. I do have to say, she was responsive. A new remote was delivered the following morning and someone did come and clean the bathrooms. Also, it stated upon booking that one parking pass would be included, it was not. I never leave negative reviews but felt I had to here. I do not recommend at all.

Condo is in a great location with great ocean views.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property with the same management, different condo. I cannot say enough good things about it. If you're looking for a beautiful place on organge beach THIS IS IT!!

Amazing experience!! We had a beautiful beach condo with a magnificent view of the Gulf. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels and the beds were clean, too. The kitchen was clean and well organized with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved the things supplied thay are usually not in a rental such as: spices, coffee tray, foil, plastic wrap, baggies, plastic kids wear, shampoos, lotions, sunscreen, snacks, cold bottles waters, brochures, cleaning products for us to use, and even come cute Orange Beach souvenirs!! The Gulf waters are steps from the condo. It has a very nice pool area with plenty of seating.We were so impressed with our hostess, Leslie. We certainly got the VIP treatment. We have vacationed in OB for many years, and this was our best trip ever!!

The location was good, but it could use some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. Rust on fridge and stove. Lock broken on front door and no lock on balcony door. Broken hair dryers and the vacuum did not work. Overall paint and bathrooms need to be repainted. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job as far as cleaning floors and front door where water heater is there is dust caked on the slats. Under the furniture looks like it’s not been cleaned for several months. and accommodated our family and we had a good vacation, but overall, Phoenix did have some problems.

We loved it and it was very clean. The staff was great and friendly. would stay there again.

Overall it wasn’t bad. For the money though the mattresses in condo need replacing. You can’t get out of bed or move without them making noises and uncomfortable. Towels were in dryer instead of folded and put up upon arrival. I know that’s minor but again for the money you expect better

The location was great, easy beach access was important to us! The pools and pool-side were clean! The complex was clean and efficient. The kitchen had all the basic needs. There were plenty towels and bedding. All very convenient and thought out for guests! Only one minor thing set back my rating to 4, rather than 5.The master bathroom toilet ran and could only be flushed through the tank.The master sheets did not smell fresh, I washed them while at the beach our first full day. I believe cleaning of the unit is outsourced so I don’t fault owner/host. We really enjoyed our stay!

I booked this condo for my family of 7. We had a wonderful time! Leslie was so helpful and easy to reach for any questions we had. The condo has a great view of the ocean and pool and is located close to the elevators for convenience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch and we loved sitting around the large table at night playing games and eating delicious local seafood. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach!

Overall, we had a great stay in this unit! The unit could use some updating but there was nothing about it that wasn’t functional.

Condo was accurately depicted in listing. Phoenix VI is in prime location for beach and entertainment. We are very satisfied with our stay.

After a long winter of cold and grey this condo was a welcome retreat. The condo was clean and equipped with what we needed for a few days away. I appreciated that there beach chairs available in the room to use on the beach. The beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows. Linens were soft. As with many rentals you may need to add additional paper products and laundry supplies. Had a small issue and host was quick to respond. Look forward to a trip in the future.

10/10 condo and host is our vote! We had a great time in Orange Beach staying at The Phoenix VI. The condo was perfect for our group.

Perfect area for our vacation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice family vacation. The view is directly Gulf front and steps away from the building. Nice outdoor pools and hot tubs made it fun on cooler days. Our host, Leslie, was always available and the most accommodating host we have ever had. The snacks and coffee were a nice surprise! We will come back to this same condo next time we visit Orange Beach.

This was a perfect condo for our extended family to enjoy a little family vacation just before Thanksgiving. The condo is cozy, affordable, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect location. It could use a couple of updates, but it’s easily overlooked for the price. Lots of fond memories were made, and we can’t wait to come back next year.

This was the perfect setup for 3 families with 4 little ones! The condo was in a great location, safe, clean, and a great facility. The check-in process was super easy. Everything was as pictured or as said in the description. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful as we were concerned about weather. Easy access to the beach and great indoor and outdoor pools. We would definitely book here again!

What a fabulous condo with an amazing view. The condo itself was very clean and provided everything needed. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The bathroom had shampoos, soaps, face masks, lotions, even sunscreen in a nice basket for me to use. The internet wa fast and easy to connect. The pool was sparkling clean and facing the beach. I loved the outdoor grills in the cabana. My host, Ms. Leslie, should be voted Best Host on the Coast. She was always available and helped me plan my daily excursions before I had even arrived. Trust her judgement on the local restaurants!! This is one condo that I will certainly book over and over when visiting Orange Beach!

My family and I loved this rental condo. It was a piece of paradise. Everything was clean and in good shape. Plenty of clean towels and hospitality items. Close to many shops and only steps to the beach. Leslie was helpful throughout our stay. She made sure we were having a good time and what we needed for the rental. We all wanted to stay longer!

We loved that building is family friendly! It wasn't over crowded and busy like some of the Pehonix's we have stayed at. The condo itself is very well maintained and stocked with all essentials then some! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy checkin and easy checkout. Leslie was absolute treasure to us! We asked her about beach chairs and within mere minutes had 4 nice chairs at the front door! She even left a new sand bucket with toys snd 2 boogie boards for the kids. We have never experienced this level of service in all of years renting from other companies! One things for sure, we have found our new vacation condo and host! Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a great time in Orange Beach at the Phoenix VI. The condo was spacious and inviting. All areas were very clean and well kept. The mattresses were soft and slept well. Plenty of towels for our use. Leslie was the best! She was very informative of the OB area with quick replies. The best part: the view from the front rooms! Spectacular!!
