Stayed Aug 21, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for my wife and I along with our adult daughter. It was close to the waterway's paved walking/bike trail. The unit was very convenient to the Watchtower Educational Center.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Our stay was very nice at the condo. Very safe gated community. The condo was squeaky clean and well furnished whit everything you need. Lots of trails to walk and view from condo was great, overlooking canal with boats. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Beautiful, clean, very quiet and comfortable condo. Overlooking the river with nice walkways along river. Absolutely beautiful location. And also a really nice but unexpected perk: paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. were provided.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We have been staying in VRBOs for over a decade and can honestly say this is one of our best experiences. Reserving through Evolve was easy, communicating with the host, Emily, was simple, and the condo itself was clean and perfect for our family of 5. The cleaning crew does a superb job of keeping this place up! I had to search for an item that one of my children dropped under a guest bed and I was impressed to find it clean as that is a commonly overlooked area in rentals. We did not lack for anything - there were plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, extension cords everywhere to make reaching outlets easy, extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand lotion and toilet paper in case it was needed. The linens on the beds felt like they were of decent quality and like they were newer. There was a blow dryer in the master bathroom which was convenient since I forgot mine. They really thought of everything! I appreciate the extra effort that these owners put forth in their rental. It’s obvious they take pride in it and I am thankful they allowed us to enjoy it as well. We usually vacation with another family and get a larger condo but if we come back to Palm Coast with only my family of 5, we would not hesitate to rent this lovely place again.
