Waterfront, Musical Fountain, Lake MI views, luxury condo downtown

Great place! Fabulous location! The only complaint is that they don’t have recycling. I had to take it all home with me. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

Check in was easy codes give early and direction to temp parking was great the view was excellent and the photos were spot on. Great place right in the middle of all the Festival events. Just a note the contact if not correct. Kim B is not longer managing the property.

Amazing

Perfect downtown Grand Haven location! There is a bit of a trade off, as this is not a peaceful and quiet spot, but a seat right above all the action. LOTS of street noise, something about GH makes people want to bring their loudest muscle cars and motorcycles and rev them down the waterfront. The fountain and concerts at the amphitheatre are crazy loud. BUT if you are inside the unit with the door closed you can't hear it at all, so it won't bother you sleeping. Walkable everywhere, a long one to the beach but still doable. Tip- bring camp chairs to sit down in the shaded grass by the water. Lots of people doing that. Bring coffee. There is a Keurig and a reg coffee maker, but no first morning supply. Bring all your toiletries, even soap for bathing, there was none provided. Everything you need to do laundry is tho! Not a spot to evenly split between two couples. The 2nd bedroom has no window and a much less comfortable bed. Great for our teenager. This unit is on the 4th floor, the top floor, so no problem with people tromping around above you. We'd stay here again if it had a king size bed, great spot.

Wonderful time, wonderful place!

Great location to watch boating activity on the canal. Close proximity to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful accommodations and fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Outdoor patio with great views of canal and even Lake Michigan. Luggage cart and luggage racks would have been appreciated. Tight underground parking.

This was a perfect week in Grand Haven. The view from this condo is stunning. So much natural light. We loved being so close to our favorite restaurants and shops. And had the perfect view of The Musical Fountain. We would definitely stay again!!!

Views were amazing and walking to several restaurants. Highly recommend. The building is Zephor and is a business on the main level, too. That’s the confusing part since the address is not on the building. It took a few minutes to confirm it was the right building. If you have a truck or large vehicle, I’m not sure you could park in the basement garage.

Everything was great! Perfect location, clean, comfortable, great communication from host. Will stay again!

The location of the condo was perfect! Our family really enjoyed the lights show every evening & being able to walk everywhere was so nice.

Wonderful location

We loved this condo and will be staying again. Great location, stocked with all kitchen things you need.

Enjoyed sitting on balcony, people watching, and front row to musical fountain. Also enjoyed walking our dog downtown, visiting the beach, reading, art show, and eating out.

If you want a perfect location for downtown Grand Haven, this is it! Hosts were extremely responsive to my questions and the place was just beautiful. Very clean, which is super important to me. We walked to breakfast, to dinner and we just sat on our balcony for the musical fountain show. I did not realize that this condo was literally right around the corner from the Social District, which is where everything is and why I said it was even better than we imagined! Park your car in the underground garage and leave it. Enjoy the fresh air and walk (or rent a scooter from Wave Co. like we did.) It’s a blast. We absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend this condo. It’s gorgeous.

This was our third time staying here. It is a lovely condo With a nice outdoor area but the noise level on the Main Street makes it hard to stay out on the balcony for long. Great location in terms of dining,coffee shops etc. Likely will look for a quieter place next time.
