Stayed Aug 18, 2025Place was exactly as described. Check in was seamless, check out was seamless, the pool was great - especially since we were in town the week of Hurricane Erin so swimming at the beach was off limits. Location was perfect for us, plenty to do in the area, quick drive into Ocean City. The welcome bag with supplies was great, we didn't cook but there was plenty of china and utensils. Didn't need to contact the hosts during our stay, so that's the only part I can't speak on.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Condo was in perfect location. We were there for a softball tournament and the location was perfect for all the surrounding fields we had to go too, not to mention close to food and the board walk. Everyone had enough room and we loved the community pool.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Like many of the reviews, we found the unit to be very comfortable for the 5 of us, tastefully decorated and nestled in a quiet part of the community with quick access to the gate and main roads. It is also centrally located to the beach, town of Berlin, Ocean Pines and local attractions. The only caution is the number of steps, which are very steep, so take time to review the pictures if you have trouble navigating steps. The community amenities were excellent with direct access to walking paths, fitness center, pool and tennis courts. The keyless entry for the gated community and home provided easy check-in and check-out. There were a couple minor items, which the hosts addressed in minutes and without pushback. If you're looking for a centrally located vacation property, quiet and away from the busy OC traffic, this is one unit to consider.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Everything exactly as advertised. We loved the property. Well maintained, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, super clean. The pool and gym were a short ride (5min) away and surrounding attractions all within 15-20 min.
