WATERFRONT Location - Steps to Beach & Pool - King Bed - COUPLES.

It was clean and had everything we needed. The instructions were clear. Our Condo even had beach chairs and a umbrella we could use.

Was a little disappointed that we didn't have a view of the beach. We did have a nice view of the pool though. I would have really enjoyed the balcony had there been some comfortable seating outside to sit and have a early morning cup of coffee. Overall we had a nice trip with great weather and the condo was clean, neat, and well equipped with kitchen accessories. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great location

Great stay!!!! Excellent accommodations for two people; can actually accommodate three people with the couch. You need to only bring your packed suitcase and stop by the local grocer on your way into the gated condo. The pool was well maintained. The beach was awesome and not overly crowded. We saw dolphins every day. Overall an excellent stay!!!!

Perfect getaway for myself and my husband. Equipped with everything we needed in the condo and close to a lot of things within walking distance to explore and to eat. Steps from the beach, which was like our own private beach. Watched the dolphins play all day long. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your condo!!

Very cozy place to stay at. Very quiet perfect for a get away.

Property has style, class, and is homey. Not having the codes for access in advance was terrible and caused a 3-hour delay in getting into the condo. Also, $7.00 for 2-hour parking outside of the gated community is excessive and will make us rethink a follow-up visit to Tybee.

Everything was clean and good working order. It was very nice and would definitely recommend to others.

Very outdated. Filthy rug and couch was icky! Table on the deck had tape to hold it together?!

Had some issues, owner was made aware of those. If you stay here, bring your own audio-visual devices. One TV and we could not hear it very well. Owner informed me that the cleaning lady said the volume worked fine, just not for us LOL. Unit was very clean. Pool was pretty noisy lots of kids. Bike rack very convenient close to unit.

Quiet, clean and convenient condo. Perfect for our two night stay. Good for a couple and maybe small children. Plans didn’t include pool or beach time for us but both looked inviting. Good pick for the money.

Comfortable bed -- decent view. Good for a couple that likes each other. A bit tight otherwise.

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week in the condo. We were surprised that the building was being painted and that our window was taped over for most of our visit as well as the parking lot beside the building was blocked off because of the painting. All of this was out of the owner’s control, but if we would’ve known we may have stayed elsewhere. The view was a big reason that we selected this condo.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy. We had a nice view of the swimming pool. Some of the greenery blocks the view of the ocean but it does give a little privacy of the balcony. The northend of Tybee is much quieter!! We enjoyed our stay very much!! Hope to return soon!

Check in process was not sent timely. Place was very clean, security property gate was broken. Outside table taped up, not appealing to sit around. Bed comfortable, great location.

Much needed rest and relaxation. Condo was in the perfect location. Stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Loved watching the sunsets each night. Another great plus was watching the dolphins each evening. Would love to come back.

Loved the charm of condo, everything that you would need was there, very comfy and clean. Loved the condo manager. So helpful and friendly. No need to pay for a dolphin cruise because we sit on the beach and saw lots of them. My grandson was able to play in the water without us worrying about waves being to strong. We would definitely return.

Overall, the place was nice! It was so close to the beach and right across from the pool. The view from the balcony was not quite what we expected. We could barely see the ocean from the balcony… but we’ll trade the view for only having a few stairs to climb to get to the room. The place could really use a better couch. The one in the condo is not the most comfortable. The bed wasn’t awful for my husband. I’m pregnant and the bed was way too firm for me at the moment… but it would have been great otherwise. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in with us. It definitely saved us from having to do a lot of laundry when we get home! We would definitely stay here again - specifically for the location to the beach.

We loved the room with all the amenities, being so close to the beach and pool! It was so easy to check in and out. Centrally located to restaurants and site seeing! We definitely would book again if we make it back that way

This was the perfect size for my wife and I to spend some time. Comfortable bed, plenty of room for 2 people to lounge in the den. Quick stroll to the beach and everything on the island is only minutes away by car.

Thus will be our third year visiting Tybee and staying at this location, we love the location and security of the Condo.

Very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom, close to the pool and only steps away from the beach. Only thing that was how close the bed room was to the door but thats just personal preference. Will recommend to anyone wanting to travel to the island!

Didn’t get much pool time due to so many small kids but the property was very close to the beach so it made the beach time nice

The owner is a delightful woman, who we called for help with the TV, which was old. She was helpful, but glad to know the TV was being replaced with a new one after we left. Walking right into the bedroom was a little strange, bit we got uaed to it.

We enjoyed the condo and the location.We had a few issues that were taken care of promptly.There was plenty of room for the 2 of us.The weather could have been better! We went there to get away from the snow!

Water view is not like the pictures. Trees and vegetation block it. Depending on how you count doors will determine how many to pool. Unit is nice and clean. Shower is awesome. Needs newer Tv. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice to have a washer and dryer in unit.

Nice place in a older complex. Worked for us but it is a small place.

Clean but nothing updated so overpriced. Odd setup - bedroom is where you enter. The fob to enter was very quirky - had to play with it quite a bit for the gate to swing open

This is our 2nd time staying. We love the location! The tv in the bedroom did work well and the remotes for that tv didn’t work at all. It’s very cozy spot. The appliances could use an upgrade.

Not the best weather but we made the most of it

The room was nice and cozy. Very small tv in bedroom with bad reception. The WiFi would go in and out. The trail leading to the pickleball court was overgrown like I was trekking thru a jungle.

We had a great time visiting the beach and enjoyed watching the people in the pool. The room was not modern but clean and comfortable. It was quiet and other tenents were friendly and considerate.

We really enjoy our stay in a nice condo - location of pool and walk to the beach was great
