Stayed Oct 29, 2021The property is on the Boca Grande causeway. Views are amazing and travel around the island is super easy. Property owner, Maria, is amazing! She keeps in touch with you; makes sure everything is going well; answers questions, allows for early arrival, etc. Property itself is on the 2nd floor, so there are steps involved. Not a problem except for maybe getting the luggage up and down. The condo is very well-appointed. You hardly need to buy anything except for food. Beds are beyond comfortable and there is lots of space for 2-4 people. Overall, a wonderful option for those visiting Boca Grande.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021What I like about property is big for 6 people. There's a fishing/beach in the small path way near the bushes. (check Google maps). It's a beautiful property. The only thing is lady from D37 gets mad if you park in her parking spot

Stayed Jan 31, 2026Our stay was wonderful. The location has an amazing view of the bay and the wildlife (dolphins, ospreys, herons, etc.). The unit was clean and comfortable. And the host was caring and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!

Stayed Aug 12, 2022We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.
