My family had an excellent experience at this VRBO- would highly recommend if you have children- the waterpark was a hit! Also very walkable location to beach, food, ice cream parlor.. having included access to beach items such as a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas was a major plus as well.

Nice place with a great location. The check-in process was smooth and we locked ourselves out but owner responded quickly and helped us out.. That was awesome because we had two tired kids and that would have been rough.Beach was within walking distance and was amazing. Not too crowded and really nice.The only draw back was the kitchen didn't have enough of the staple items so we ended up eating out a lot.But overall great place at a good price point. Definitely recommend to parents with younger kids.

We stayed 5 nights with our four kids and my mother. The condo was very clean, plenty of space and perfect location. The water park was a blast and the kids enjoyed using the pool in the evening when the water park was closed. The beach, chairs, towels and wagon were great to have included. Communication was excellent. Honestly, can’t think of a single negative thing to say. It was perfect for a family vacation.

Beautiful condo overlooking the boat docks on the intercoastal. Open front door to a view of the water park. You can't hear anything from inside..Beach was just 2 blocks away, quick 5 minute walk .Absolutely the best vacation in years!. Will definitely be back

Fantastic setting. This home has a lovely view of the bay, it’s a short step away from the beach and the water park offered hours of fun for the kids. A great setting for a family vacation.

Beautiful place

We had a really lovely stay at this condo over the past couple of weeks and would definitely recommend it to others.The view is absolutely beautiful and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is excellent, especially for beach access, and the available beach toys were such a great bonus. The kitchen was quite well stocked, which made cooking in easy, and there were plenty of linens for our family. The beds were soft comfortable. My husband does better with a more firm mattress so it was a bit soft for him but managed for our stay. Unfortunately the water park was closed for maintenance the entire 2 week duration we were there so double check the Splash Harbour website first- our son was pretty disappointed but the proximity of the beach made up for it. Overall, this is a great spot in a fantastic location, and we truly enjoyed our time here. With a few small maintenance touch ups in the unit, it would be even better, but we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Amazing. Clean, great location. The pack n play and high chair were much appreciated touches! We could walk to pretty much anything we needed including the beach. Such a great stay. Thank you again!

Loved the water park

Condo was amazing ! Very spacious and every thing was great! Water park was great. Lots of restaurants and beach very close by.

Family Friendly, Pool and Water Park was awesome.

Perfect. Just perfect. The kids LOVED the water park… and it was only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The place was big and clean and had so many supplies that made the stay way easier. Will definitely stay again.

On a property with a waterpark and seasonal passes to it. Its a great place for a family that wants to chill poolside after, or before, a long day at the beach. Or, just wanting a slow day at the pool close to where youre staying.

We had a great experience, the only thing that I would highly suggest, and I don’t know if it’s VRBO’s doing, or if it is the owners way of handling lots of questions. But the AI response to my questions felt very and personable. I would suggest that there’s more contact with a live person instead of an AI. I own properties as well, and we are in contact with them one on one once it is closer to their arrival and throughout their stay.I did speak with the owner the day that we checked in, and he did accommodate us for checking in early due to our circumstances and I really, appreciate that.

We had a great time staying here. Very clean. Beautiful view. And conveniently located close to the water park. roof access with beautiful view and chairs. Beach, cvs pharmacy, and some restaurants within walking distance. We had very good/fast communication with property management.

Was pleased with the property. The only drawback for us was having to park the additional car at the Holiday Inn.

This property is excellent for all ages. Access to the water park, beach and restaurants within walking distance make this the perfect spot for the whole family. Property is well cared for and clean. Highly recommend the rooftop overlook for sunsets. Our unit was well maintained and had everything advertised.

Clean. Debbie, one of the property managers, was awesome in accommodating us after Hurricane Helene flooded our condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The room was clean and spacious.
