Boat Slips: Should you wish to rent a boat slip during your stay, please inquire directly with the Holiday Inn Harbourside at Indian Rocks Beach. (Note: Boats, jet skis, and RVs must be approved before booking).

THE SPACE:
Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary cooking, eating, and drinking utensils.
Primary Suite: King bed and Smart TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and is also accessible from the living area.
2nd Bedroom Suite: Two Queen beds and Smart TV. Includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Living Area: Open floor plan with a Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa.
In-Unit Laundry: Full-size stackable washer and dryer.
Connectivity: Free high-speed Wi-Fi included.

START-UP SUPPLIES:
To help you settle in, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels.
Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the garage is full) with the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Two elevators travel to the 5th floor; a third by the roundabout reaches the 8th floor. Trash closet conveniently located by the elevator.

THE AREA:
Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts.
Explore: A coastal trolley stops nearby to take you up and down the coast for a minimal fee.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later. Check-out by 10AM on departure day.
️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands issued at the gift shop.
Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All 3 thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer is permitted to sign the rental agreement. Your check-in instructions will be automatically sent at 3PM on your arrival day PROVIDED THE PAYER HAS SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.


Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues like flight cancellations.

Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

MAIL:
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.

    Great area..space was beautiful..very roomy..only thing I have to complain about is parking garage..we had to search alot and only got to park in garage a few times..we had to park far and walk to elevators..when getting groceries and unloading was frustrating..water park was packed and couldn't find chairs ..we went a few times and left cause there was too many people..i love the area it was in

    The unit was as advertised, clean and tidy and the management team is responsive in the event you need to contact. Overall we had a good experiance and have stayed at this property in several occasions and it is normally a great overall experience. This time around there was an altercation that took place at the accompanying water park which resulted in EMS and police presence to resolve. The issue that unfolded is the only negative feedback I can give in this unit.

    Great spot for our family to enjoy a few days in the sun. The water park was excellent, and the condo was more than enough.The beach is just a few minutes away and there are places to eat close by.Highly recommend this place for a family get away. We would definitely return.

    Nice property! Pool area was nice! Only got 4 passes which means you have to pay for more if you have a bigger family. It’s definitely a 5 minute walk to the beach!
