Find the beach just steps from your front door, or take a dip in the beachfront complex pool (unheated) and hot tub. Stroll to several dining and shopping options nearby. When the sun sets, discover a variety of pubs and restaurants, also within walking distance.

After a day at the beach, kick back in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the TV. There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, enjoy vacation meals together at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating. Or simply relax and enjoy the expansive views and coastal breeze. Extra perks include provided beach chairs and toys.

Walk mere steps to the beach from this coastal retreat! In addition to prime beach access, you’ll also enjoy an ideal location in the heart of South Padre Island. Discover a plethora of restaurants, nightlife, and convenient amenities, all within walking distance of the condo. When you’re not at the beach, there’s fun for the whole family at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 11 minutes away by car. Or explore the region in its purest form on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, only 8 miles north on the island. Shop for local produce at the South Padre Island Farmers’ Market (2 miles), catch a film at Island Cinema (.7 miles), or hone your architectural craft with Sandy Feet's Sandcastle Lessons (1 mile).

When you arrive, you will need to stop by the Inverness office to pick up parking passes as well as the key fob for access to the building, pool, and parking garage. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8 am-1 am and Sundays from 9 am-1 am. If you have any questions about hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Inverness office. Please ensure you arrive before the office closes, as access will be limited to those with key fobs after that time. The key fob must be returned to the Inverness office upon check-out. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a $100 replacement fee.

Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle for the duration of the stay. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the complex garage or the parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and let me tell you, every nook and cranny was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff! It was great to walk into to a fresh smelling, clean room. Next time, we will be staying here longer than 2 nights. The bed and pillows did not disappoint. We slept better here than at our own home lol!! The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. I can't thank you enough for such a wonder and relaxing weekend. We'll be back, most definitely.

    The location and view from the deck was wonderful. The size of the condo was perfect for 1 or 2 people. The deck is definitely the highlight of the unit…I would sit out and listen to the surf all day if I could!

    This cozy condo was perfect for two adult and a dog. The view and balcony are amazing! Highly recommend. The beach is right there and was Super easy to access. I would totally go back.

    I liked the location. Been in the Inverness before but not this condo. The bed is comfortable. The drawers in the bedroom don’t open easily. It’s a nice place. Had one issue. Sitting in the living area watching television and drinking a beer. Looked over to pick up the beer and a cockroach was drinking it for me. I’m just thankful I saw it. Put that in your mind and see how you sleep. The next night I put my beer in the middle of the floor so I could keep an eye on it. I have pictures but didn’t see a way to upload them. I was able to kill it so I was hoping he didn’t have any friends. The condo was clean. The cockroach freaked us out.

    We loved the location. The balcony was glorious. We spent a lot of time watching the waves and the changing skies and the pelicans and the shrimp boats. The sounds of the waves was so relaxing.

    Perfect for two people. Small but it worked for us and our dog. Very clean and fresh smelling(no dust, mold, odors, etc on first impression). First impressions dictate how you feel about a place. Large covered balcony facing the Gulf was very nice to watch the sunrises. Covered parking garage was nice. Very large condo complex and not enough luggage carts for such a large number of units. The beach access deck and stairs(no ramp) were very small. Overall a good stay.
