Located on what many consider to be the finest beach in Texas, this sleek, eighth-floor condo offers breathtaking waterfront views and five-star sensibilities for everyone in your group. Stay on-site and enjoy a wide variety of resort-style amenities at your fingertips including a 100-yard pool, hot tub, fitness room, spa, movie theater, game room, and easy beach access. Venture out a bit to discover a wide range of local attractions like Beach Park at Isla Blanca, Sea Turtle, Inc., the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, and the South Padre Island Golf Club.

Inside this sunlit and very stylish vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating and a living area illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors with comfortable seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. This condo also features a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Loved loved loved this property. Great view and comfortable furnishings. It didn’t hurt that we had perfect weather while we were there too. Huge master bath with lots of counter space was really nice. Only minor complaint was the remote for the living room TV would only work after fooling with the batteries. We changed the batteries out and the problem persisted.

    Condo was very clean with once exception. The secondary bathroom tub had not been cleaned. There was hair and some sand in the tub.Aso, pass on to the owner that the bunk bed frame was very wobbly. Our daughter in law did not allow our grandkids (4 & 5 years old) to sleep in it.

    The unit itself was very simple but spacious. The bathrooms were large and the kitchen had plenty of room. The balcony was one of our favorite spots. The facility has a nice pool and easy beach access.

    The Sapphire Towers have beautiful views and great amenities. This unit was well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were comfy, leaning towards soft, and the towels and sheets were clean and soft. Bathrooms are spacious. Tons of closet space and plenty of hangers. We would definitely rent this property again.

    It was a beautiful location, clean place, awesome beds (except for the bunk bed was not comfortable) and amazing view. It is in need of a little fixing, sink faucet was falling off. Very LOW stock on things, I know that's not required, but when I go to an air B&B I like to have a decent amount of kitchen and bath room stocked up. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Kids had a blast.

    The matresses are the most uncomfortable we have been on. Definately needs new ones. The jacuzzi tub does not work, this was a big plus when renting this room but alas it does not work we had maintenance look at it but they could not even find a switch for it and they would repair when room not occupied. Then there is no table? There is a large island with horrible uncomfortable bar stool things. The rest was ok as it should be in the room. The sapphire itself needs to ac the hall walls the get very hot and smell terrible. There was no poolside bar, or any bar for that matter. The outdoor games next door we wanted to.do but cannot go over to that resort. You should have same thing at both resorts since you can see both. All in all it was OK at best. We won't be returning.
