Accurate to listing, well kitted kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. Very easy to access and check in, good parking. Quite spacious for two, views out to the water exceptional. Clear instructions in guide for WiFi/TV/waste management and check out. Easy to walk in and around Charlottetown

The positives The suite was in a great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and parking was never an issue. Overall the suite could have been good except for one major thing…The negativesThis suite was NOT CLEAN! We could tell that someone did a very fast “wipe and sheet change” but that was it. We entered to find dust balls everwhere. We spent about 20 minutes killing tonnes of spiders and wiping the dust webs hanging everywhere. The dishwasher wasn’t unloaded and many dishes were still dirty. There is mould in the shower and burnt out bulbs. My advice hire a new cleaner.

We were very happy with our stay in Charlottetown but the policy this location has of waiting until the day of arrival to give out the entry code was stressful. We had a very late arrival (midnight) and would have appreciated having known the code at least the day before due to no cell service while flying -BUT - otherwise, our host was responsive and we loved the place

It was superb accommodations. Location5 star, our king suite 5 star, clean 5 star. Our only suggestion is an alarm clock in the bedroom.Even the weather was 5star.

Amazing small apartment, perfect for a couple. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was simple and responsive. The location was perfect, with Peakes Wharf and Victoria Row being a 10–15 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Walking distance from all restaurants and shops.

The unit was everything as advertised, excellently decorated, very clean and comfortable for my wife and I for a week long stay. The outside area, Muskoka chairs by the water, and the covered (dry) area by our entrance were used every day they were there. The sail boat races on Monday and Thursday evenings was a great added bonus. This place was absolutely fantastic and we would absolutely stay at this location again!!!

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

We went to this property for our anniversary and it was very convenient and had good parking close to the walk-out bottom floor where the property is situated. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, the little condo is very nicely decorated and suited our needs. The covered porch came in very handy in the rain!

The unit is perfectly situated in downtown Charlottetown, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and entertainment. It faces the harbour with an expansive lawn and Adirondack chairs, perfect for a late afternoon beverage. Everything I needed for cooking, clothes washing and sleeping was included in a comfortable air conditioned unit.

Beautiful little ground level condo/apartment! It was perfect for me & my husband. Extremely walkable to everything in Charlotte town. However, if you plan on getting groceries or seeing beaches / other parts of the island - you definitely need a car. Being on the ground level, we had quite a few bugs, mosquitos, and spiders joining us inside - but it could have been worse. The table is smaller than I anticipated. My husband and I both had to work a bit, so it was tight quarters at the little table. All-in-all, it was great!

This is a great place to stay. Great location. Great view. Walking distance to everything. Loved watching the boats especially the sail boats as they passed by. We even seen a cruise ship. Great spot to see the fireworks on Canada Day. It was also our anniversary. It was so romantic. Would certainly book again in the future.
