Stylish Downtown Historic District Suite Near Water Front & Convention Centre

I appreciated the consumable items to help with meal preparation and saving me a trip to the grocery store for something I would have used once. Parking was convenient.

Great location and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. We appreciated the owner meeting us and her helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The property was what it said it was stylish. Communication was very easy and quick. Owner put a lot of extras nice unexpected touches that were very much appreciated. My only suggestion is put a freshener in the bathroom.

Great host and very responsive. Dropped off anything we asked for e.g. crib board, cards, kettle. Really enjoyed our stay! Very roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for exploring downtown Charlottetown and the waterfront.

Suite is very spacious, very clean, well equipped with lots of extras ie full kitchen, extra bathroom necessities, washer/dryer with soap to use. Very comfortable. Host was very accessible and responsive. Excellent location. Easy check-in process. Definitely recommend

A lovely, roomy one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. With parking, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, it had everything we needed.Some communications came via email, others came via VRBO’s messaging, so it was a bit confusing, but we did get all the info needed for our stay. The mattress is getting a bit worn and may benefit from replacement soon, but otherwise the place was ideal.

The location of this property could not be better as it was close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The suite was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Our expectations were exceeded in the very best of ways.I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious open space with everything you need for a long stay. The appartment is clean, fully equiped kitchen, there 's even some toiletries if you forgot something and comfy blankets for a tv night on the coutch.Good location, walking distance for the coffee shop and restaurants. Quiet place to stay. Parking is right behind the house. The communication with the host was easy and clear. I would totaly recommend this place.

This apartment has it all- very clean, comfortable furniture and perfectly appointed kitchen. Right in Charlottetown- was access to restaurants, bars and waterfront activities.

Due to the excellent location and well appointed apartment we had a wonderful week exploring PEI. Close to restaurants and pubs, the location was perfect! The apartment was comfortable and the owner had thought of everything as it was well equipped and comfortable! There was on site parking provided ( maybe the lines could use a refresh as the are faded) and that was a great bonus. we walked to nearby shops and restaurants, The comfort and location contributed to a fantastic week in PEI !!

This is a beautiful location. Lots of space and off street parking to boot.You can walk everywhere and Charlottetown folks are so happy to strike up a conversation with you. They are so helpful.Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday.

This place was great. I felt very comfortable. It was clean and well cared for. Location is ideal for downtown Charlottetown. Close to everything but in a more quiet location. Communication was “next level” good. I would happily book this place again.

Having lived in Charlottetown many years ago, I knew what area of town I wanted to be in while visiting. This place is within walking distance to the downtown core, Victoria Park, and my favourie restaurants. The unit has everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. The ten foot ceilings throughout made the space feel twice as big.Finally, the host was easy to reach and very accommodating. It was a pleasure to meet your Laurie and I look forward to returning.

This suite was perfect for our two night stay but would easily be a great home base for a longet leriod of time. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and so comfortable for us to relax and use as a home base for our island plans!

We had a wonderful stay and the host was extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very well located. One suggestion —the big step up onto the deck would be impossible for anyone with even mild mobility issues. A small step would help a lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and provided many extras. Both rooms were air conditioned and we could walk to many places of interest such as the Confederation Centre.

Large, well equipped. Excellent amenities, except the dishwasher was not working. For a couple of days it was very cold. The wind blew right through an air conditioner. I needed to block it off with pillows. Great location and very convenient
