Stayed Jan 9, 2026Wonderful condo for a winter getaway. Excellent location right on the river. Good fishing right along the pier. Easy access to downtown (walkable) and Flagler Avenue. The beach is about 1.5 miles away.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Wonderful property. Location is ideal. Halfway between historic downtown and beachside Flagler Avenue. Great fishing right off the back of our pier. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy a nice meal and cold beverage. Will be staying again.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was clean, updated and very welcoming. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable and the cottage was supplied with everything we needed. Most of all we enjoyed the peace and serenity of the patio overlooking the river. Guy was an excellent host who was always available to answer our questions. We couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to return!

Stayed Feb 1, 2023Updated coastal cottage with water view, and fishing dock. Dolphin viewing is wonderful! Good location to drive all over NSB & enjoy the entire area. It would have been great to have screens on sliding doors for ventilation & to enjoy the great breezes with all the beautiful February weather. It is important to note that the community is in close proximity, to very loud, early morning, freight trains.
