You'll be just minutes from all the sights and sounds of South Padre Island, like the Beach Park At Isla Blanca, only two miles south, and public beach access just a half-mile walk from your front door. There's also plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along Padre Boulevard. You can also witness a sea turtle release at Sea Turtle Inc., just one mile from this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee is required in March for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
There is an elevator in the building.

** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

    I read reviews before I stay somewhere. This property makes me question if negative reviews are deleted from this site. The positives of this property were that the condo was cute, clean and conveniently located. The view of the bay from the balcony was nice. The condo was equipt with everything you need to cook. Here are the negatives. The property is on the first floor. Parking is on the ground level. We could not sit outside the first two days because of the dead fish smell in the dumpster just below. The condo bedrooms have virtually zero air flow. The AC worked in the living room but not the bedrooms. This is obviously a known issue because there were box fans in the closet. Only one of the three box fans worked. I contacted the agency and they sent someone out. The management stated the AC was fixed. It indeed was not. The master shower is pretty dingy. The halls leading to the condo are dirty, smelly and almost sketchy looking. In reading the reviews of previous guests, I found it odd that there was not one complaint about the AC not flowing in the bedroom. This makes me wonder if negative reviews are deleted. I don't expect perfection in a place. But as expensive as it is to stay here, I would expect an AC that works properly in the summer time. We left a day early.

    Place was really clean.. had everything you could think of. Very comfortable. Only downfall.was AC in master bedroom was a bit war. Loved the balcony and access to docks for fishing. Definitely would stay here again.

    The location was perfect. We really enjoyed fishing off the pier. We were provided with a wifi password and the WiFi would never connect to any of our devices so we couldn’t use WiFi at the unit. The master bedroom was very warm we had to set up fans to make the air circulate from the rest of the unit into the master bedroom. The a/c vents would not did function very well in that room for some reason and it was like this during the whole duration of the stay.
