Stayed Dec 26, 2025Condo was nice. Master bed was very comfortable. The guests beds were hard according to our teenager. It was missing a few important kitchen items like tongs and pot holders. We were told on arrival there was an internet outage and they were working to fix it. We stayed 4 nights and never had internet. That was a huge problem for our family. No working, no tv, no playing new devices our kids had just gotten for Christmas. Overall I would stay again.

Stayed May 5, 2024We checked in and the AC did not work. This is Florida. It took THREE days to get it fixed. The toilet in the MBR ran constantly. Called FOUR times to get it fixed. No can opener in the kitchen.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022This property is in need of serious updating and deep clean. Carpets are old and stained, rusted appliances, corroded plumbing fixtures, stained furniture, musty smell. Everything is old. However, property manager was very responsive in addressing our complaints. You might want to check if there will be construction during your stay. There was constant drilling and debris on our patio. Ocean view is beautiful. Amelia Island Plantation is wonderful.
