Located close to many restaurants and shops, including Parrot Eyes Restaurant and Bar for excellent seafood and Mexican fare and where you can also rent jet skis and wave runners.     Enjoyed the top floor, south facing, private deck. Great location on the north end of the island where it is a little quieter but still walkable to beach and bars. Outside areas of condo complex were well maintained and manicured with beautiful pool and hot tub area as well as marina. The interior of the condo was very tired with virtually every surface either scratched, chipped, scraped, dented or peeling. Combine that with marginal cleanliness left us disappointed. Hard to tell on many of the surfaces if it was dirt or just wear and tear. It is a shame as this place has so much going for it but is lacking proper maintenance.

    This was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in on vacation. The location is amazing, not to even mention the view when you wake up! It’s absolutely beautiful. When you walk inside the home, you literally can feel and smell the cleanliness! Everything was so nice and neat. The host even had flatirons for the ladies lol! I wish i would have stayed longer than a weekend, maybe a whole week. I did not want to come back to reality. My favorite part was the spacious kitchen and the beautiful balcony that I fell asleep on ? you will not be disappointed this place is worth every penny!

    We had a great time and made the best of it but our place wasn't very clean especially the floors so we wore shoes constantly and enjoyed our trip.

    Place is okay but needs some updates. It was clean but we did have a fight with ants. Additionally, master bathroom needs new grout and rust protection. Kitchen needs new pots and utensils.
