We attended the airshow and it was very nearby the condo which was really nice. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed watching the sealife and the sunset. The property itself was as advertisef.advertised

3 of us drove down to fish for 3 days. Super clean condo located on the waterfront. Excellent location close to everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying in the same place next trip.

My son and I were down for a week of fishing. Place was great, had everything we needed, including a dock where we could launch a kayak. Quieter than expected being near the bridge. Easy to get to fishing spots including the PINS beaches. Neighbors were nice as well. I will look to book it next time I am going to Corpus Christi.

We loved it! Beds are comfy, views are great! It's close to many good restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a few days of fishing with our grands. The private boat dock made it so easy to tie up our boat overnight! 2 adults and 4 kids, ages 4 to 14, fit comfortably in this condo. Thanks for a great time!

Stayed here while fishing with a buddy for a couple days. Was absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, with a bathroom off each bedroom meant we each had our own space. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything worked well. The dock out back and the balcony are the highlights. The reviews weren’t lying when they said the sunsets are amazing. We docked our boat at the dock for easy in and out fishing during the day. Multiple nearby ramps and bait shops. We will absolutely be staying here again. Cannot recommend this place enough. Best of all was the communication with the hosts. Prompt and answered any questions. 10:10

Definitely going back

Stayed here for a little under a week, it was fantastic. One of the days when a front came through I was able to just sit on the private dock and fish. Place was very clean and stocked with cookware and essentials like sugar and oil. Will definitely be back again.

Our son attends TAMU-CC and this was the perfect spot to visit him and spend some good quality time by and on the water. Brought our Waverunner and there is a neighborhood boat ramp. Also brought our standup paddle boards and just had fun hanging out on the dock.

My kids loved this place! They had plenty of extra toys, movies, games that kept the kids entertained while inside. The dock was my oldest kids favorite, out there from dawn to dusk casting out lines. We will definitely be back.

This home was exceptional! Beds are super comfy, place was very clean and updated. Owners very friendly. Kids loved fishing right outside. Wasn’t noisy great for a quick getaway. Will most definitely return!

Everything was great

We had the best time while here for our annual fishing trip. It is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as advertised online. The owners were very communicative up to, during, and after our stay. This condo had everything we needed, including a private, exclusive use dock. We really appreciated the fact they provide more than enough towels for you to use as well as blankets. The master bed is quite firm, but the queen bed in the guest room is super soft and comfortable. The couches are also very soft and comfortable as well. Something to be aware of, The condo is located on the second floor and there is not direct access to the water, so you will take trips up and down stairs to get to the dock to fish. The balcony is facing directly west and you will have an unobstructed view of the sunset every evening! We will absolutely be back next year and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
