Stayed Mar 21, 2026Floors were filthy. Couldn't walk barefoot because soles of feet turned BLACK. Only 3 dinner knives provided. Wine frig there but no wine glasses. There has been water damage to master bedroom floor & we suspect mold or mildew there because we coughed at night. Leaking master bath sink so bad we had to put towels around it. Also had to put towel on floor because shower water dripped down curtain onto floor. Toilet paper holder in secondary bath loose from wall. Very dim lighting throughout condo. Condo needs a deep cleaning, basic maintenance and fresh paint. It's too bad because the condo complex itself is well maintained and clean and the balcony view is a beautiful water view. Do not recommend.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024What a Great Stay, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. It was quiet, yet lots to do, Great little restaurants and pubs nearby. Kim was Fabulous and hats off to the great people at the gate, always smiling. I didn't realize how beautiful Hudson is ..We will be back

Stayed Feb 5, 2024We stayed for a month and was never contacted to address concerns. We had to buy toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The balcony doors are unsafe and the frames are falling apart. The place was filthy. I washed the windows, chairs and furniture. My wife washed the dishes, and sex stains off of the bedding. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. I had to buy light bulbs for a lamp. Soap scum was thick on sink drain and it took nearly 30 minutes to clean it off. Horrible experience. VRBO has proven to not be worthy of a stay. This was absolutely a horrible experience.
