Stayed Jun 14, 2025We enjoyed the thoroughness of the host and the great location in Hyannis. The host was helpful from start to finish. The accommodations were excellent, from the cleanliness to the amenities.The town was very walkable from the lodging. Beach out the back door ! We loved it!!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The location and size of the property were fantastic. There were areas of the house that need updating such as blinds and the bathrooms. The fact the outdoor pool was closed until end June would have been useful information to get while managing an excited 6 year old who loves to swim in the pool!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We had such a great trip and Bill made our stay so easy! The property is in the perfect location, walk out to the beach and 5-10 min drive to restaurants, shopping and ferry. The place was clean and spacious, it’s a little out dated but the location can’t be beat. Bill was incredibly helpful and gave perfect instructions which made everything so easy. He was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I hope we have a chance to stay again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We had a great time in Hyannis. We split the condo with another family. In total there were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages: 3, 5, 5, 8). The combination of being right on the beach plus having access to a pool was awesome for our kids. Another highlight is a creek down the beach where we caught crabs. Tons to do in Hyannis. Lots of good family friendly restaurants and boat tours. Check in process was easy and condo was just as described.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We really enjoyed our stay at the Yaughtsman Property just steps to the beach, playground and pool. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. We appreciated the extra parking spot and ease of communication with owner.
