This first level condo offers a panoramic unobstructed lakefront view of gorgeous Lake Dillon and the Colorado Rockies. The large, welcoming living room has a wall of glass doors that overlooks the lake and a large gas fireplace, large screen tv with soundbar. The spacious kitchen is fully supplied with everything you would need for cooking, entertaining and enjoying apres ski meals or drinks. The kitchen is updated with granite slab counters and stainless steel appliances. Large dining areawith seating for up to 9 guests. You're able to enjoy the community pool and hot tub located on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with views of Lake Dillon and mountains from the bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are queen beds with their own bathrooms. Sofa sleeper / air mattress in the living room. There is also a den area with sun room windows for another light and bright living area, plus a large desk and chair, and sofa bed with inflatable air mattress. The lake views are mesmerizing from every window!

Point Dillon is a highly desired location due to its unobstructed view on the shore of Lake Dillon. A large grassy lawn separates the condo from the lake and walking path. Perfect area for kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a drink. In the summer months the Dillon Farmers Market is just a short walk away. Walk to Pug Ryans, the Tiki Bar, Dillon Marina, Arapahoe Cafe and lots of other local favorite bars and restaurants in Dillon. The Dillon Amphitheater is also a short walk away for great concerts all summer long.

Just off the walking/bike path with hundreds of miles of paved paths from Keystone to Breckenridge, Copper, Vail and more! Keystone Resort is 10 minutes away and the other resorts, Copper, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin are about 20 minutes away. Vail is 45 minutes away. Close by (less then a 10 minute drive) you will find the Silverthorne Outlets, Recreation Center, Target, City Market (groceries) and several restaurants within walking distance.

This unit and the property is non-smoking, no pets. Garage Parking for 3 cars. Please note, garage clearance is 6'3.

An indoor heated pool and a hot tub with waterfall and mountain views are on site. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

    The description of this condo starts with luxury. I've stayed in other units in this building and this is definitely not luxury! The dining room chandelier was hanging out of the ceiling and I'm assuming that's what was making the light switches throughout the home spark when we turned them off and on. The sofas were comfy but the rest of the furnishings are mix matched and dated. The HOA apparently doesn't allow patio furniture on the small sidewalk facing the lake so there is no patio with patio furniture. There is a hill that obstructs views. There are a few plastic chairs on a small deck off one of the bedrooms. The blinds are old and falling apart when you open and close them and, there is no easy plug access bedside in the bedrooms for charging phones. We are grateful to the owners for our stay but the use of the word luxury in the description is not in line with what is being charged per night. I would not book this unit again.

    This is a very nice unit with lots of space and great layout. Nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, three parking spots, etc., etc. Everything worked and it made for a great week of skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge.

    Such a nice place! Beautiful, comfortable and all around great accommondations. All the tech features (gate and door codes) are so convenient! The place was clean and the beds and bedding were comfy! It was well maintained and had everything you could ask for. Furnishings and decor were so pretty and upscale. Everthing in this condo is quality!! We hope it's available for our next family trip up to Dillon!

    This is the second time we've rented this condo. We love it. We had 8 people stay with us, including 2 small children and it never felt crowded. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated. It's very comfortable and we will definitely be back!
