Stayed Dec 30, 2022This is a terrific location. A great bay view from the balcony, and a short walk over the bridge to Sunset beach and many restaurants nearby. The Club has a nice social atmosphere, large, heated pool and nice grounds. The building is older but seems well maintained. The furnishings in the condo are a bit older too but lots of space and big kitchen and dining area. Lots of storage space. We were disappointed that we didn't get a deep cleaning since we were there over 90 days, but I will say that the property management, Resort Rentals, was apologetic and did come quickly to rectify a few urgent items - garbage disposal and leaky faucet.
