Stayed Apr 19, 2025Its a great place to stay for Madeira Beach... Short walk to grocery store, pharmacy and most of all the beach. There is a great bar with live music at the end of the block and you can easily walk to John's Pass. We had a rental car so we drove into Tampa a few times for dinner but there is no reason to do that unless you are a foodie. We would recommend staying here and will consider coming back in the future.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We loved our stay at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club 201 H! It was close to everything yet had so many amenities you didn't have to leave! My older son loved the gym and my younger son loved the pools and pool tables! The home was so nice to come home to after a long day at the beach or sightseeing!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Property was just as advertised! Clean & plenty of room for my family of 3. Loved the cathedral ceilings upstairs in the bedroom & how it felt like another space to “get away” if you needed to relax. There’s an outside patio with chairs and table! Perfect to relax at! Hosts were easy to contact with questions! We had delays at the airport and arrived way later than expected & the wrong gate code was given to us but we were able to get in! I’ve booked with VRBO in the past & mistakes happen so nothing to overthink on our end! Location is perfect as it’s close to a grocery store across the street, walking distance to the ocean & close to all other fun activities in Florida! There were a few fruit flies but nothing vinegar n dawn dish soap can’t fix & gone the next day! I agree with other reviews, this condo will need a deep clean soon BUT I didn’t read a lot of reviews until after we were home and sat and thought about it! I will be staying here in the future!! Nothing was bad about staying here! LOVED IT!!!!!

Stayed Dec 24, 2023Having been let down last minute for our Christmas vacation, I spoke with TJ & everything went great. Highly recommend staying here if you looking to relax & not pay over the odd for a block away beach. Sunrise is awesome, Dolphins & Sea Hawks visit the dockside. Perfect!

Stayed May 26, 2023The property was just as described. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store and beautiful beach. The only negative was we had to wash the silverware and dishes before using because they were not clean. It was not a big issue we just put them in the dishwasher and it solved the issue. Everything else was just wonderful. It was a very nicely decorated and comfortable condo. The property owner was very receptive to any questions we had and answered quickly. We would visit again.

It was a great location, close to the grocery store and other local shops and dining establishments. It was perfectly located. We loved our stay !
