Waterfront Condo! A Rare Find! Secure Parking Included!

The waterfront in Seattle is a must see and do as well as Pike’s Place Market. This is the place to stay. Communication with the owners (Jeri) couldn’t have been better. There’s so much great about this location…light rail is even close by. Loved our stay and when we return to Seattle, this would be first choice. Thanks for the memories!

Amazing all around. Fabulous location, well appointed, comfortable accommodations, easy to access, walkable and close to the market, pier for enjoying the view, near the ferry, great communication, etc.

Just bring your toothbrush! This property has everything you need. It is so well appointed that you just need to show up! It is set up as the owner's personal home vs. a rental. This is in our top 5 of vacation rental properties and we've been renting from various rental companies for 20 years. The location cannot be beat. We rented a car for a day and a half and having a parking space was wonderful. After returning the car, we walked everywhere. Most major attractions are a 15 minute walk in either direction. Jeri, the owner, was extremely proactive by checking on us and very helpful with check in tips, and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. There is a reason this property has so many 5 star reviews - it's great!

Great property with a convenient location.

This waterfront condo was perfect for our visit to Seattle. The location was perfect for walking to major attractions. Jeri has thought of everything needed for a trip to Seattle - including a blow dryer and umbrellas (just like a hotel). The kitchen and fridge both have items you might need - so be sure to check it out before you shop. And - you can pack lightly - because you can do your laundry here (soap and fabric softener furnished). If you like to run - you just walk out the door of the complex - take a right - and run for miles along the Elliott Bay Trail! We walked to the Space Needle, The Ferris Wheel, The Ferry Terminals, T-Mobile Park for a Mariner's game, and Pioneer Square. Pike's Market is just a few staircases away! Having the parking space in the garage is a plus - but be sure you have a really small compact car - or it won't fit. The space is next to a wall - and you won't be able to open the door after parking. Also - be sure to check out the Port of Seattle Cruise ship schedule - and you may possibly avoid all of the people disembarking . . . . We had a great time - and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, on the waterfront. Tucked in a elevated curve of Alaskan Way which limits sightlines but probably keeps the area quieter.Inside of building - hallways, etc - slightly seedy and musty.The curtains are a must at night due to traffic lights.Apartment is very well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space. Esp.spacious bathroom with tub.

The host was Amazing. So kind and extremely helpful. She gave wonderful directions. Condo was wonderful, walking distance to Pike’s Market and the piers. Condo was clean and had everything we would need.

My sister and I had an absolutely perfect stay! The condo was spacious and comfortable (yes, even the cool foldout bed in the cabinet - genius!) and supremely well appointed with everything you need in a home away from home. The new and improved Seattle waterfront is absolutely beautiful - so much to see and do just steps away from the condo. Pike Place, Pioneer Square, Seattle Aquarium, ferries, etc. etc. etc. Jeri is the hostess with the mostess and could not have been more welcoming, friendly, communicative and informative. It was soooo much fun for me, a former Seattleite, to be a tourist in the city I know and love so well. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband, my 2 girls and I stayed here for our first trip to Seattle. The condo was clean, comfortable and the location is amazing! We went to the aquarium right down the street, the art museum, Pike place market and more! We could walk everywhere from the condo.Jeri is an exceptional host, I can't recommend them enough! This place was amazing! The condo itself is well laid out and feels much bigger than its footprint. The location is ideal. We walked everywhere from dawn to midnight and felt completely safe and comfortable. The secure parking is a huge benefit and getting in and out of the location was a breeze. We’ve already booked our next trip. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

We were able to get in to the condo early and had excellent communication with the owner. She was very responsive when I had an issue with the heat. Very comfortable bed, plenty of extras in the kitchen, and a bottle of wine as a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was exceptional. The host was extremely informative and very invested in ensuring my successful stay. The apartment was perfect. Gourmet kitchen, lovely sitting area with fireplace and comfortable king bed made the property perfect. The location is very accessible to downtown and waterfront. I will absolutely stay here again.

So cozy! The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace provided enough warmth on the cool mornings. Great location; Pike Place was just up the stairs and the forced stairwork probably didn’t hurt! Jeri was readily available if we needed her but the place was move in ready and thankfully we didn’t need any rescuing. Perfect space for the 2 of us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Jeri was an amazing host. We loved coming home to her condo every night and turning on the fireplace to warm up. She takes pride in her home and it showed. We'll be back.

This residence was immaculate. Super safe and secure right on the waterfront. Host communicated check in/out procedure perfectly. Host provided really good suggestions for the area. Parking in secure facility. Kitchen was well appointed. Walking distance to many attractions. Pike Place Market, Aquarium, Ferris Wheel... Had a wonderful stay.

Clean. Very hard for anyone to get in and out of the shower. My wife almost fell twice trying to get in and out. It’s a high step for most people but very high for anyone the least bit short.

Nice spot and excellent owner support. Place is stocked well for cooking with many pantry items, including seasonings. Nearby elevators make getting up to Pike Marker painless. Excellent say.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, fully equipped with anything you could need and a short walk to Pike Street. This was so much better than staying at a hotel and the same price!

We spent 3 nights in Seattle and wanted to explore downtown and the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and perfect for walking the city and close to the pier where we took a ferry to Bainbridge. The parking garage spot is especially helpful. Everything was clean and ready for our stay but the best part is the host. They respond immediately to questions and when I asked for some suggestions for sights restaurants i got a multi-page list! They are very personable and make you feel like you are friends visitong their town. I would look to stay here first on our next visit.

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. My husband and I stay at quite a few rental properties each year, and this one was on the cleanest places we have stayed at. Jeri has made sure to stock the place with anything you could possible need during your stay, and it is beautifully decorated. While the view of the water from the balcony is obstructed by a tree, the condo is located just across the street from the waterfront, and turning to the left of the entrance will take you to the stairs that lead up towards Pike Place Market. We opted to walk to T-Mobile Park (which was a rather nice walk), and really, if you are heading to Seattle to experience all the downtown area has to offer, you couldn't find a better spot.

This place was AMAZING!! I highly recommend. Jeri the owner was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This was a trip for my nephew’s graduation and I would stay here again. The location is great, waterfront property, walking distance to the boardwalk and Pike Place Market. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

A fantastic 1 bedroom (plus a Murphy bed if needed). Location is prime and the asthetics are top notch: industrial/cozy feel with pristine features. First time visiting and exploring Seattle and we selected the perfect VRBO for our trip to the Northwest. Our first impression was of the stunning views that the harbor area presents from this condominium. The interior was quite tastefully furnished, what we described as industrial contemporary, quite unique and very comfortable. It made our week long trip quite enjoyable in addition to enjoying all that Seattle has to offer. Our host made sure that the condominium had everything needed for a memorable stay.

Very nicely appointed condo in a great location near the waterfront promenade and Pike Place Market. Easy to drive to, great parking (underground) and excellent communication from our host, Jeri. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Condo is exactly as advertised. Jeri the owner is very friendly...only met her over the phone. Also very accommodating. Felt at home and comfortable staying in her condo. Secure building and atmosphere. Convenient location right by the waterfront. Walked from the cruise ship to the condo.

We had a great visit, very accessible to the market, waterfront and walkable but longer to the ferry/water taxi and stadiums. The positive reviews and comments on prior lists are accurate so won't duplicate much. One tip for access to the market, especially when traveling with luggage to/from the light rail, don't cross over to the waterfront and take the stairs. Walk up the ramp on Alaskan, then cross both Alaskan and Elliot underneath of the promenade. There will be a parking garage on your right. Walk into the garage and follow the sizes towards the market and take the 2nd elevator inside of the garage. The one at the entrance does not go up to market level. Take that 2nd elevator up to M Level, cross the sky walk and you'll be in the heart of the market with no stairs. Coming in from the light rail (we used Symphony Station not Westlake) walk to the Fish Market, then go into the covered park of the market and follow the signs to the garage. We ended up following google maps which took us down a bunch of stairs but had a much easier exit once we mapped this out.

Chose the condo for its location and the included parking space. The bonus was the beautiful condo and the very responsive owner. Jeri was wonderful from the beginning when we made the reservation until after we checked out. The condo has everything you need, is very comfortable and is in walking distance to all the attractions on the harbor and Pike Place market. The parking was very secure. We will definitely stay here if it is available when we return to Seattle.

We needed a place to stay for our two nights in Seattle for our spring break trip. Since we didn’t have much time to explore Seattle, staying in a rental that allowed us to walk to the pier, the water taxi, Pike Place, etc was perfect! We were grateful for the spare toiletries and washer and dryer. The kids enjoyed sleeping on the pullout bed and the blankets were so soft and cozy. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable place that's an 8 minute walk to Pike Place Market. The unit was well-stocked, quiet and nicely decorated.

Comfortable bed, plenty of amenities and toiletries, easy to get go and very close to Pike Place and the pier walk. Only minor complaint is the lack of view and occasional noise.

Almost certainly the nicest VRBO rental we've experienced! Great downtown waterfront location directly below Pike Place Market. Very tastefully decorated, upscale comfortable furnishings, strikingly well-equipped kitchen including well-stocked pantry. Convenient, free on-site underground parking, Handicap-accessible with elevator and ramps at entrances, The owner (Jeri ) was extremely communicative, helpful and pleasant!

Jeri and the Condo were GREAT! Jeri is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about fun things to do in the area, even some hidden gems. Right on the waterfront, close to everything! My family and I had a great time.

Property is beautiful and VERY close to most touristy things you may want to do in Seattle. Host is very communicative with clear instructions and very patient with me and my questions. This property is perfect for a family of 4. Instacart and Doordash are easily delivered if you need groceries. The property is super quiet, we only saw one resident our whole stay. However, if road noise bothers you, you should probably reconsider a city stay anywhere. With the new road construction there is a stop light that does shine directly in the upper windows of the living room, but not enough to disturb us, just keep that in mind. This condo is stunning with all of the amenities of home. We were able to do our laundry in unit, which was helpful and very convenient and even able to cook our family's traditional New Years Eve and Day meals easily. And if you forget anything at home, its more than likely there for you.Thank you to our hosts.

My husband and I stayed for a few days. Great location right across from Pikes market. The place was very well stocked with everything you need. The check-in instructions were very detailed. The property owner was very nice and available for questions and sent a list of places to visit which were awesome.

Best place we have stayed at in a long time. Jeri was very accessible and provided us with places to eat and visit. Great location next to aquarium and on the waterfront. We felt very safe in the condo and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were wonderful! I often have problems sleeping due to hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows, but not here. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were close to restaurants/groceries at pikes market. Loved the place! I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

This condo is amazingly decorated with a real Seattle feel. Super clean and comfortable accommodations. Bathroom and kitchen were amazing and the bed was comfy. Perfect location to easily get to the main sights in the city. Literally across the street from the waterfront fun and 70 steps outside the building brought us right up behind Pike Place Public Market. There certainly was urban noise, including being very close to the train tracks just as Jeri states in her listing but we live in the quiet suburbs and had no trouble acclimating and noise didn't wake or bother us. Pictures show exactly what you get, except for the view from the living room being different with an off ramp blocking the view from the living room windows. We LOVED the location and the view and any traffic from the new traffic pattern were not a problem at all for us, although we did not sit out on the nice patio. The building has superb security and the hostess Jeri went above and beyond leaving a welcome bottle of wine and calling to check in and welcome us. You made us feel special. We will be back if we ever stay in Seattle again! Thank you so much 3

Loved this rental property. The space was comfortable and cozy and the location was ideal for us to walk and explore Seattle! We were also able to use the extra space (desk, dining table) to work remotely during our stay and the French doors to the bedroom made it easy for both of us to take calls at the same time. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

This condo is located on the waterfront with easy access to Pike Place Market. It is well appointed and comfortable. Just about anything you need is nearby.

It was a wonderful stay! We stayed there after a week in Alaska, for 2 nights pre 7 day cruise, so that we could wash our clothes in between. I had no idea how PERFECT the location was for our cruise! We checked out at the office and walked across the street to check in for our curise! We were close to everything I wanted to do- Bill Speidels underground tour, the Great Wheel, Pikes Market etc! We walked to everything! Wished the balcony had a view, but it didn't. The waterfront is just the location discription, not the view. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

Jeri was beyond helpful every step of the way from booking, to follow up info and even assisting us when we got a little lost. :)

This condo has the BEST location. Didn't get the car back out of the spot until we left a week later...walked everywhere and it was great.
