Many red flags from the beginning. Looked great on pics. But then I received a note that a stove was broken. Although they said we can use it, it didn’t look safe. So cooking was challenging. Kitchen appliances and floor was visually dirty. Upstairs looked much better, clean, and comfy. Bathrooms need so refreshing. You get only one bath tower per person and one hand towel. So bring your own or constantly wash your towels. We loved the fishing deck but it was not private. People from other units come to your space. Steps going down were broken and overgrown with weeds. Easy reserved parking and close to other activities in the area. Don’t count on arriving earlier than 15 min before your check in (that’s when you get the code to get in) or you will be charged extra. Pet friendly but also additional charges will be disclosed to you after reservation. Management is quick addressing questions.

This place just fits our needs perfectly. We enjoy fishing off the dock in the evenings after spending a day at the beach. It is close to everything you need or want. It is a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything you may need while staying on the island. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We will definitely continue to stay here. The check in and out process is simple and the people we have dealt with have always been wonderful to work with.

The property is a nice condo on the canal on North Padre Island. It is in a great location close to everything. We booked the property because it had a dock for fishing in the channel with a fishing light. Unfortunately the light did not work. So fishing was a bust, but we still enjoyed our stay and spent more time on the island.

Everything was clean and the area is quiet. The furnishings in the pictures were quite different from the posted listing. There are many decor items, large furniture, and more than enough kitchen items.in the lower level. Would be difficult with little kids.kitchen items.

Nice having 2 bedrooms each with one bathroom and a bathroom downstairs also. Condo had everything we needed for the week long stay. Quiet and parking easy.

There was everything you could need for kitchen supplies and then some. The master bed was very comfortable. Suggestions:It felt slight cluttered with decor items, suggest those be reduced. Queen bed very creaky but it was just two of us so we didn’t use it. Place could use a deep clean, especially the carpets and stairs. Padre Escapes went above and beyond when we had a personal issue occur and we have sent our thanks. They were so professional and I definitely recommend booking through them.
