Waterfront Bellerive Condo, wraparound balcony, 2 BR, 2 BA, No Smoking, No Pets

Decor and layout of rooms were fantastic. Spices and condiments were provided. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. The view is unparalleled. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing condo with all the comforts of home and the view is beautiful!

William was an amazing host from my initial reach out til the end of our stay. His response time was instantaneous. As far as the rental itself, I would rate a perfect 10 for cleanliness. A perfect 10 for an amazing view. And a perfect 10 for comfort. The layout was great with an open floor plan for the living areas and bedrooms on either side for complete privacy.

Wonderful 3rd floor unit with tasteful furnishings. Perfect walkable location to the newer area in Cda. Host was clear and responsive. This was our second time using the property.

The condo was just beautiful; the pictures online are amazing but don't even do it justice! It was very spacious and the floorplan was perfect for sharing with another couple. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen has everthing one would need for staying in. It was very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, parks, etc. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness, particularly special little touches such as a new, wrapped sponge in the kitchen! Television viewing was a bit tricky, as the remotes (all nicely labeled) were in various places other than where intended. I wouldn't have cared if there were no TVs but not so much with our traveling companions! Bill was a big help with all of my questions! If you go, don't miss the Kootenai County Farmers Market, less than 15 minutes away and just wonderful!

River view, close to centennial trail, boardwalk along the river, restaurants, shops, downtown. The condo was comfortable and the deck was awesome to watch the activities going on in the river.

This is the third time we have stayed in this building and love the location. We walk to Couer d’Alene and restaurants. William was fabulous and very accommodating and we will stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo…so comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked. We did wish there was comfortable seating for all 4 of us to relax in on the deck. We liked to sit out there in the morning and evening.The location of this condo was great. It was easy to get around and see the sites.

Little slice of heaven here on earth!

We came for the bike trail and were so EXCITED when we saw our home for the weekend! This a a perfect place to stay and the view from our balcony was our favorite. The unit is spacious. We could get to town easily and walk right downstairs for breakfast Lunch dinner or drinks. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with! Thank you!

We loved our stay! It had a beautiful view from the main living area, kitchen, primary bedroom and large wraparound deck. The condo was spacious, clean and well decorated! We look forward to returning there again!

The property and view was amazing!!

The condo was very comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The view of the river was outstanding. We enjoyed morning walks and several times saw a bald eagle making his early fly-by. It was also nice to be able to walk to restaurants close by.

This is a fantastic property in all categories. Great location, beautiful river view with huge windows, high-end interior furnishings and appliances, plenty of supplies including laundry. Owner was very responsive even though he was overseas on vacation. We'll be back!

Great place and location. Close to everything, but yet still quiet and peaceful with an incredible view.

Quiet, relaxing

We had a lovely time staying at this condo with our friends! Being directly next to the water was a highlight for us!

This condo was well appointed and very clean! We loved the view and the nearby walking paths.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Condo was as advertised and was in perfect condition. Views from the 3rd floor deck were awesome as we could watch all the boats go by. Great sunrise and sunsets. It was very convenient to have a great breakfast place in same complex. Also a great lunch/ dinner restaurant on the 1st floor of the building but you could hear talking noise if you were sitting out on the deck at night. Not bad, just background noise. Would come back again in a minute. William was easy to work with and responded quickly with recommendations.

This condo has a gorgeous view from the wrap around deck and is located directly on the Centennial Trail for biking and walking. There are many places to eat within walking distance and downtown is a quick 5-7 min drive. The condo is well appointed for a very comfortable stay!

The location is excellent, with riverfront views and close proximity to restaurants and other amenities. We typically stay at the resort, but this place was a nice change of pace, clean, and offered better updated accommodations for a competitive price.

This condo has it all - a great view of the river plus luxurious interior with upgraded appliances. The host, William, quickly responded to messages and was very helpful. We appreciated the location just minutes from downtown CDA. This was the best VRBO I have encountered - a wonderful place to stay!! Note: We were a bit concerned when we saw there was a restaurant two floors under us, but inside the condo we never heard noise from it, and when sitting on the deck the noise was minimal (the restaurant was only open from 11 am to 10 pm in August.)
