I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a multigenerational stay at this property over the holidays and it was wonderful. The rental unit came well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and amenities. Having access to laundry facilities was key with swimming in the pool and time spent out on the water around Key West. The location was an easy walk to Duval and all the main areas while be located in a quiet area perfect for sleeping. We are already thinking about our return trip and definitely recommend this property for families visiting Key West.

Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a nice place in Old Town near our family home in The Meadows for extended family members to stay. A very nice bonus was the ability to keep our boat at one of the slips at the property. We were in unit #10 on the top floor facing the water. The unit has great views of the bay and a nice outdoor porch for hanging out. We didn’t cook any meal there but the kitchen was fine. The decor in the unit is updated and overall clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Everything looked good with two exceptions 1. The bay view from the balcony is mostly blocked by a huge tree, although the tree is also blocking the sun which wasn't that bad, but unlike the picture we hardly had water view. 2. None of the rooms have closet so we didn't know how to hang our clothes!
