Stayed Aug 16, 2025This property and house was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and well kept. The boat access, pool, and washer/dryer in very close proximity made the trip fun, relaxing and easy! We did have one issue as the AC unit went out but they were so quick in their response and getting it fixed ASAP, even with needing to purchase and install a whole new unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We loved the location & the property itself. We had everything we needed & then some. We started everyday with our coffee by the water in the warm sunshine. We hope to visit again soon!

Stayed Jan 7, 2024We had a nice week here and enjoyed the visit from a manatee mom and calf. Property fine but probably a little more compact than we expected. However all facilities provided.

Stayed Jun 2, 2022This condo has been completely updated. Even has tile on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores and bait shops. Great boating with good dock and access to a fuel dock and launch ramp on the premises. We would stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for good accomodations and fishing experience.

Stayed Nov 20, 2021This property was very clean and updated. The manager had left a lot of personal touches including items you could use if you had forgotten them at home. Highly recommend this condo.
