The master bedroom features a Jennifer Lopez Glass 4 poster leather king bed, balcony access and private bathroom with oversized walk in shower, the second bedroom hosts a king bed, a sofabed/trundle for two, with private balcony on the Thomas Drive side of the building with the unit's second master bathroom connected to the room (office desk has been removed from this condo for rental). This condominium is furnished with Top Line Furnishings to make every moment of your stay refreshing and relaxing.

Why This Property Watercrest 401 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2024. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Unique Benefits Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
