WaterColor Townhouse Near Beach Club, Lazy River, and Coastal Dining

We arrived to find a clean condo, exactly as described in the listing. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced away from home. Excellent location, walking distance to everything Seaside and WaterColor has to offer. WaterColor amenities included with the rental were outstanding. 360Blue was very responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip (I called a couple of times to ask about nearby activities, inclusions, recommendations, etc.), and we had no need to reach out to them while we were there because everything went so smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience. Lovely condo. The only complaint we had was the air wasn’t able to be lowered below 68. It apparently has a device to not allow it to be changed to lower than that. We sleep with a cold house around 65 so not very good sleep at night but other than that it was great

This was our 5th time to Seaside/Watercolor, this is one of the best locations you can get in the area, a few seconds to the main entrance of the Watercolor Inn, to the shops and restaurants. Quick bike ride into Seaside, the Boat House, Camp Watercolor, etc....The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our only issue was the appliances were old, the fridge needed a new panel from maintenance shortly after we arrived, the ice machine sounded like a lawn mower. The microwave, stove, etc...worked but were old. The beds were rock hard and kept us up at night. Lastly, there was no grill, screen porch or outdoor shower, all things that make a trip to 30A extra special, I am sure it was mentioned in the description and I missed it, so it is on me, but still disappointing. Once again, remarkable location, with some upgraded appliances we would rent again.

Everything was very nice, the property was clean, inside and out. We had four adults and two children. Plenty of room for all of us. We will return to this same property again. Perfect location to walk. to the beach, restaurants, stores, pools and walking trails. Thank you

Absolutely PERFECT. This is our 3rd stay in Watercolor and it was the best one yet. The house was impeccably clean. We’ve never stayed in a vacation home so clean. The decor is adorable and lovely (love the Rae Dunn!). You can tell the owners take pride in this home and we consider ourselves lucky to stay here. So comfortable and we immediately felt at home. We’ve stayed in large homes here, but this is so, so much better. Location is exactly what you need. We will definitely be looking into this home again, and if we are lucky, it will be available!! We had a lovely time. The condo was very well furnished with comfortable and beautiful accommodations. It’s a very short walk to the beach, beach club, and shops. We enjoying relaxing by the pool/beach, going to dinner at night and perusing all the nice shops in Seaside and Watercolor as well as going to the Farmer’s Market in Seaside. One of our very favorite diners was across 30A at The Wine Bar, there is a great wine selection and the food is very tasty. I highly recommend this place from the location to the accommodations, it doesn’t get any better. We plan to return.

We had a great time at Watercolor. The beach was perfect and the new kids pool area was super fun. There were four adults, three active kids, and one toddler. Our condo fit the needs of our party very well. It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for both adults and children. It was also located quite close to the beach, which made it convenient when there are little ones. The kitchen was well stocked and the rental even came with a pack and play for the toddler. We had a wonderful time.

We have spent many years at Watercolor and this was clearly the least satisfying. Property did not measure up to quality we are used to at Watercolor. Floors and carpet were dirty, clothes dryer very slow to dry, master bedroom mattress old and very hard, mold in master shower, freezer shelf missing, and no food storage containers. Also not happy we were misled into thinking new pool would be ready in June, not given the opportunity to change our reservation, nor offered any kind of compensation. We were told 360 had just been informed of delay - difficult to understand when completion is still obviously months away. Very disappointed with 360.

Such a great condo, both inside and out! What a fun 4 days with the girls! It is so nice to find a place for 5 women to have room to relax and be so close to the beach. 360Blue was great at updating and relaying messages through the app. Never had a bad moment. Will definitely book again!

We actually are not beach people so when we want to experience it, we like to stay at watercolor. Biking around the safe and clean community and hanging out by the pools and the shops are top notch. It’s our favorite way to do the beach. Our townhouse was a perfect location and had board games and books just for a rainy afternoon.
