Water-view in Kingsmill, 10 minutes to Busch Gardens & Colonial Williamsburg!

Great condo in a great location. Couple minute drive to Busch gardens or colonial Williamsburg without feeling like you’re in a tourist spot. Groups were beautiful and it’s a gated community.

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous location. We liked that it was gated, roomy, had an outdoor deck, and the communication with the owners was on point. The only negatives were the tiny bathroom, but there is no way to fix that. Just be aware that it is a one-person-at-a-time experience. In addition, the sofa is very uncomfortable. That seems to be common in rentals. On a minor note, the laundry is behind a door where the level lifts up instead of down. It made it seem like the door was locked. Since we counted on using the laundry we were confused until we figured it out. A note in the folder or welcome email would have been appreciated.

We loved the property. It was clean and plenty large enough for us. We did find that the shower pressure was very strong and the bathroom sink was very low in pressure.Also, the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn on and off, as the handle seemed to stick.One thing we were surprised with was no soap in the shower and no shampoo. We needed to run out to the store before using the shower.Anyway, if those issues were fixed, all would've been great!Thanks!

Communication with the host was top notch! We were very comfortable and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Just where great and my family and I had a great trip due to them being so accommodate. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Would highly recommend anyone visiting. Thank you again for the great trip.

The condo was.very nice. It is centrally located to the historic areas so it made traveling easy. The condo had all we needed for our stay. The owners were prompt in communicating and very helpful. Loved the lake view.

Great property. Plenty of room for a family. Stocked kitchen. Big table. I slept on the pull out couch. It was phenomenal. Unbelievable comfortable. We had a great time

Gorgeous, immaculate home . Upstairs neighbors stomping around at 5:30 in the morning was totally uncalled for, woke both of us up.

Condo was clean, beautiful, easily accessible, and beautiful grounds. Property managers were incredible. Easy to reach and very responsive.

We had a wonderful time exploring Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Our hosts were very kind to provide a lot of information about their home prior to our arrival and also had an abundance of information about the surrounding area once we arrived. We appreciated their hospitality and would recommend their home to anyone visiting the Williamsburg area.

Enjoyed our long weekend at the kingsmill resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the hosts were friendly and way to communicate with We took advantage of the tennis and the beautiful location.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, had all the amenities we could want in the unit (laundry, kids games, kids plates, etc). The resort is lovely and close to all major attractions. We would definitely stay again!

This was an extremely clean and enjoyable place to stay. It had very modern amenities along with sufficient cookware and kitchen necessities. It was a quiet and comfortable place to relax and unwind. It instantly has become one of my favorite places to visit.J. Hunt

Overall very nice and spacious accommodations in beautiful Kings Mill. Only complaint is the bed was hard, with a plastic cover over the mattress. There were cheap polyester sheets that made sleeping very hot ! Great communication with property managerUpdate the bedding situation and we’d stay again
