Water-view condo with heated pool, hot tub, gym, & private balcony - near beach

It is a very nice unit. It is well stocked in the kitchen. You have a washer and dryer, which is lovely. It’s clean and the balcony is great cause you can see the water. My family and I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location, so close to the beach and in perfect proximity to food, shopping, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay, the home was clean and well kept. We were comfortable and will definitely be back again soon!

We were fairly disappointed with this stay. The property needs some maintenance. We had some problems with the AC cooling which were remedied but it took a couple of days and some ridiculous communication with what appeared to be auto generated messages. The unit lacked basic items like hand soap and generally felt pretty run down. Also, there's no spigot or outdoor area to rinse off. This resulted in tons of showering which was inconvenient.

The check in and out is really the only minor inconvenience overall though the spot is very nice. Loaded with dishes to use, close to the beach. Everything you needed in a home away from home. Would stay again

Great place. Great balcony to watch the sunrise. Great location, you can see the beach from here. Great ‘Captains Diner’ around the corner, ask for Gabby, Great waitress. All in all had a Great relaxing stay!

This was the perfect condo to stay in. It was very clean and comfortable. We've stayed in different condos at this same complex for the last 6 years and i think this one is my favorite. It's the little things that set it apart from the others. Like the fact that it's got curtains over almost every window, which is very helpful to keep the place cooler during the day. Also the kitchen is well stocked. There was handsoap provided for every sink which was nice. There are two couches which makes it perfect for a family of 4 to lounge and watch a movie. The only problems we had were that the tub in the bathroom that's off the living room was clogged up and didn't drain so we were standing in dirty water and it made the tub very slippery. I forgot to tell the mgmt company about this until after we checked out because it wasn't a deal breaker; we just all used the other shower which was perfect. Hopefully they get that fixed before the next family comes. Also i think their cleaning company forgot to tell them that there was no electronic access card when we checked in (which you need for the pool, gym, and outdoor shower). We didn't get that until the next day but the mgmt company was very apologetic, helpful and friendly when they brought it to us. The pool was clean and you can't beat the location of the property. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk. And there are two golf cart rental places right down the street. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a big family beach vacation. The condo was nice and clean. Our only compaint was the pull out sofa was very thin and not comfortable. We were also missing the sheets to go with it. We ended up sleeping in the couch as is the 2nd night without using the pull out bed. Overall the location and unit is great.

You can see coyotes on the beach they live in the dunes... we will come back
