Stayed Apr 2, 2022Enjoyed our stay. A couple of items needed to be fixed. Maintenance came out within an hour and did a wonderful job. Location was fantastic. Short walk to the pier in the back for fishing. And a short walk across the street to the beach. Family friendly. And all of the residents and guests were very friendly. Especially appreciated a parking spot out of the weather. But does not accommodate a large vehicle. A guest parking spot was available. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved how we had the pool accessible but the best part was the beach access right across the street, less then 2 minutes to beautiful beach! We didn’t want to leave

Stayed Jun 11, 2021We were in the Clearwater area for a wedding and wanted to enjoy the beach while we were there. Condo was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The pool area was quite nice and the beach was so close. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2019Great condo, very clean! Loved the location, pool area and grounds well kept. Did have a problem with the A/C the first night, but was taken care of the next day.
