The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and extra-long twin bunk on top.
The laundry area is located at the master bedroom entry, and there are TV's in both the master and guest bedroom.
The condo includes 2 parking spots (one assigned) and one guest spot. Additional vehicles must park off site. Beach towels and assorted beach toys are available for your enjoyment.

It’s about 3 miles from the historic district, and very close to Anastasia State Park, The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Forgot your bathing suit No problem, just cruise on down to The Sunshine Shop, where you will find a huge selection to choose from!
There are two major grocery store chains 2 miles to the south, on A1A, and a convenience store across the street.
Please note:
St Augustine and surrounding areas experienced heavy beach erosion/hurricane damage in fall of 2022, and beach re-nourishment/replacement of beach sand is necessary. Funding has been approved, contract has been awarded, and improvements (originally scheduled to begin November of 2023) have a start date of early 2024. As a result of the erosion, Pier Point South’s private beach access is temporarily unavailable, but the beach is easily accessed through the county pier or the street immediately adjacent to the development on its south side.
The apartment is great, like it shows on the photos, very nicely decorated , comfortable and perfect for a family . The owners have done a great job thinking of what would make their tenants comfortable. We loved the place and our grandchildren loved it too. Definitely will keep this property in mind for next time we visit.
Perfect ! Comfortably Florida on the ocean. Close to old St. Augustine, yet restaurants and retail close by. Beautifully decorated with amenities. We're considering a longer stay next trip.
The condo was spotless and is in a great location. It's within walking distance to some great restaurants and it's just a short drive to the historic district. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!
Once a year we get together and normally stay at a hotel. This year just 2 weeks before our scheduled trip - I rented this property and canceled the hotel! I was not disappointed- it is well kept, beachy decor, view of ocean from balcony and plenty of room when we needed our own space. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and an easy walk to beach. Alison was awesome- I was in Publix and texted her about a couple of items- she replied right away! Thank you!
This condo is perfectly located right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants in walking distance. Since it is a small condo community, it felt homely. I prefer this to the big name hotel chains. My only complaint is that the fees are ridiculous expensive. However, I think this is more a complaint with VRBO than the person renting their condo. We had no issues during our stay. Everything was just as listed. If we are every in the area again, we all agreed we would stay here again.
Amazing location! Beach front with a great view. Easy access to the beach, even with the private access temporarily closed (which was disclosed prior to booking). Easy walk to some nearby restaurants and a great little custard/Italian ice place right next door. Quick and easy drive into the downtown historic district. Grounds and pool were maintained nicely and the pool was enjoyable. (The pool is deeper than most, so if you have small kiddos, be prepared with some floats!) The building is old but seems to be well maintained and we didn't hear any noise from surrounding units. We couldn't even hear our own family from upstairs or downstairs which was nice when we were sleeping. The unit itself is a bit dated. If you are looking for modern luxury, this is not the place for you. But if you'd like a quaint little beach condo, it fits the bill. All necessary items and appliances were provided and plenty of adequate furniture (beware of the smaller couch, it's very soft and can be a bit of a sinking surprise when you sit down). The availability of beach towels (super cute and a great size) and chairs was a great bonus. The bathroom linens lacked a bit in quality but overall sufficed for the need. The availability of a washer and dryer, with provided detergent, was awesome! The master bedroom was very large with a wonderful view of the ocean. The second bedroom seemed a little cramped with the arrangement and there was no furniture but a large closet. Overall a nice place to stay.
Great location. Balcony has view of pool and ocean just past it. Quick walk from the unit to the beach, 5 min drive to the grocery, and great restaurants just across the street. Very good value!
Location, view, and amenities were all up to par and made our short stay great. We booked a last min trip a couple days in advance and the host met all our needs.
My husband and I stayed at this condo the last week of June 2023. It is in a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Very short walk (maybe 5 minutes?) to the beach, either at the pier or the other side of the condos. The pool at the complex was bigger than it looked in the photos and had a lot of chairs and several umbrellas. Regarding the unit itself, the dining room, living room, bedrooms and master bath have been updated. The kitchen has not been updated yet, so just older cabinets, countertops, appliances. I assume it will be updated at some point. But, it had all of the necessary appliances and they all worked (tried them all). Plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. Several beach towels available for use. Also, they had large shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, so that was nice. The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new. The couch was comfortable. My husband and I didn't love the king bed in the main bedroom - squishy/foamy type. I ended up finding comfort in the middle of the bed where probably no one has ever slept before. The view from the deck is great. It overlooks the pool and then the ocean. There was a double rainbow in the sky on our first night there. I would recommend staying here if you would like to have walking distance to food, drinks, ice cream, the pier (weekly market/music), the beach and the pool. I think the unit will only get better as the owner continues to make updates. Great visit!
